After 6 years in PCB with our family on vacation this was the WORST condo/company we have ever dealt with. We arrived at the condo and started unpacking and it was hot in the condo. We realized the air conditioning unit doesn't go below 71. We We started turning on the fans, all ran by remote controls, one fan didn't have a remote at all so you couldn't turn the light off and leave the fan on, one remote was missing a back, so the buttons weren't working that great, one actually worked....then I was getting my girls bed ready and laid on bottom Bunk to feed a cord to the top for their chargers and found that the Bunk bed was broken.....the wooden piece that holds the SKINNY plywood up was in half....so I called and was told they would make a note to get someone up there, I called again and they told me they made it high priority. Then called again around 10 because I hadn't heard anything and was told someone would be in touch..... nothing that night. We made a pallet on the floor and let the girls have our bed since the Bunk bed was unsafe. Still nothing the next morning and in all I made 9 phone calls.....out of the 9 I got one phone call back from the company and 0 from anyone in PCB like I was told would happen. So I looked for another condo as I found more, cabinet door off hinges, kitchen table chairs very wobbly and needing to be tightened. The couch pull put bed was terrible. I'm very disappointed in their customer service and asked for a refund because they didn't provide the services I paid for.......I have yet to hear ANYTHING......we ended up leaving this condo and booking with someone who was AMAZING with Grand Panama. I WOULDNT RECCOMMEND BOOKING WITH THIS COMPANY OR THIS CONDO.
