Great Property

Loved our stay at Happy Ours Too. Easy walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood, loved being on the pool and hot tub. The master bed needs a new mattress and the fitted sheet was too small - came off every night which was frustrating. Many of the lamps need new lightbulbs and the light over the stovetop did not work. The walk to the beach access was not bad at all but if you have small children or elderly adults, it would be hard. The beach was not crowded, and we went during a very busy week (Fall Break). The dryer made a terrible sound as well and we could only run it when we were out of the house. Overall, it was a nice place.

A great labor day weekend!

Great location!! Loved having the pool right out the back door for our kids. The beach was a short 5 minute walk and having the wagon and a few chairs was very helpful! I would suggest that the unit stock the very basics in the kitchen such as salt and pepper and coffee filters. We left these supplies for the next visitors in hopes they would have a few items to cook with. Would absolutely stay here again! Lovely little cottage.

Overall nice place

Great area, as pictured on VRBO. Really appreciated the beach wagon for easier trips to the beach. Home is not fully stocked so you just have to plan to bring certain items from home which is mentioned in the description. There were a couple issues w the place but nothing we could not deal with for our stay.

Great family vacation!

We enjoyed our stay at the The Cottages of Camp Creek! HappyOursToo was just as pictured. Very clean, spacious, true 5 min walk to the beach and pool just off the back deck. There is a wagon available for all your beach gear. The beach was not crowded, even during a holiday week. It is conveniently located just past Alys. We enjoyed spending time at the Alys pavilion for a concert, peddlers pavilion, Rosemary for dinners and events and a trip to Seaside for shopping. Highlights were dinner at Old Florida Fish house and evenings/sunsets on the beach. We traveled with our father in law and two young children. The kids loved being in and out of the pool all day! Thanks for a great trip!

Great place!

The house was clean and well supplied with cooking stuffs for making easy breakfasts and lunches. It was quiet during the day and evening. The pool and hot tub were perfect for the end of the day for my sons after long days at the beach. Thank you!

Cute and clean cottage and quiet neighborhood!

We really enjoyed our stay! Such a cute place and conveniently located super close to the beach. It was very clean and well kept. The only thing that could improve would be the Wi-Fi. We both had some work to get done and couldn’t get logged into our work systems but it was the entire area not just our place. Also would have really enjoyed have bikes and beach chairs available for use. We noticed some of the cottages provided those. Overall a great spring break for adults and the kiddos! Would go again!

Perfect location

The cottage was great and perfect for our family of four. All the cooking utensils we needed and wifi for the preteens! A 5 minute walk to the beach and the pool was right there. Easy access to downtown area by car or bike. We would definitely stay again.

The house itself was sparse but clean - very basic. The cable television was a nightmare on all televisions. It was the TN/AL college football weekend and we were not pleased. Management did what they could - but could not fix until after our departure.

Great place!

The house was very clean and the kitchen is very well stocked. There was soap in the bathrooms and kitchen, and there was detergent for 2 loads of laundry, as well as dishwasher soap. There are small bottles of shampoo etc in each bathroom. There is a wagon for taking your things to the beach. The pool is quite nice. We’ll definitely go back.

Practically Perfect

Happy Ours Too was exactly as described! The home was in excellent condition and perfectly clean when we arrived. The location to the pool was perfect for our kiddos and the short walk to the beach was super convenient and easy! Our only "wish" was that the property would have offered bikes... but otherwise we have zero complaints! We had a wonderful week and would absolutely stay again!

Great location! Pool is just steps away from the back patio. White sandy beach with crystal clear water just a 5 minute walk. Condo was perfect!! Very clean, has everything you need for a great vacation!! Beds are very comfortable. Would love to come back to this wonderful vacation spot!!

Spring Break fun!

My family had a lovely stay at this rental. The proximity to the beach was amazing- an extremely short 5 minute walk to the beach via a private entrance was the best perk! The unit did have a beach wagon to tote your things to and from the beach but you will need to supply your own chairs and umbrella. The location was ideal as it was a short 5 minute drive to restaurants in 3 different directions. Two grocery stores were about a 10 minute drive away and easily accessible. Close proximity to the pool was nice, but beware it was not heated so it can be chilly in the Spring. We were happy and would stay again!

Sister’s Week

What a wonderful time we had staying at this sweet cottage on Rosemary Beach. It was such a great location and just minutes from the water. It Had a well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of nice towels and everything that you could imagine for comfort. It was nice to know that they had a wagon for us to carry things down to the beach. There are steps going down to the beach though. We sat out every evening on the front porch and played cards as well as visited with people passing by. Such a wonderful and special time for our sisters week. Thanks for making it just a little bit more special!

Spring Break 2022

My family of six stayed at Happy Ours 2 for a week during spring break. The cottage was very clean and well maintained. The property manager was easy to contact and responded quickly when I contacted them with some minor questions. The back porch that faces the pool is so cozy and provided privacy when needed, and also allowed our children to swing and meet new friends. The walk to the beach was 5 minutes and very easy, even with all of our beach gear. I highly recommend Happy Ours 2 to any family looking for a relaxing vacation.

Great for our First Family Vacation!

My family and I chose 30A for our first family vacation (since our little one was born), and this home worked out very well for us! Walkable to the beach with baby, great location to get to either seaside or closer to Rosemary beach! We didn’t use the pool, but there was very few people anytime we looked out our back window. Overall great stay!

Great stay!

Property is exactly as advertised. We loved being close to the beach and having the pool. The pool was never too crowded and had great energy. Beach access was great. Had a minor snafu at check-in, but owners got back quickly and resolved. Hope to come back soon.
