Great home and perfect location within Seacrest. Very close to the pool, easy walk to the beach, and the beach tram has a stop directly out front. Also an easy walk/bike ride to Seacrest market, Rosemary and Alys Beach. The owners were super easy to work with and made everything great for our trip. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Location!

This was our first time visiting the 30A area and it was such a great experience! The house was perfect for our family and the location was everything that I had hoped. I underestimated how close to the pool and the beach it were. We were worried that the pool would be filled with a ton of little kids but it was actually surprisingly not an issue. It's so big that everyone can really spread out. I also really underestimated how quickly we could get to Rosemary Beach and Alys Beach. We rented bikes for the week and would wake up each morning, hop on the bikes, then go to Rosemary Beach for coffee and Acai Bowls. We didn't know anyone that had been to 30A before (we are from California), so I was going purely off of what I had researched. The host was great with communication and really made the stay perfect for us! I would highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Stay

We had a fantastic stay at Seacrest Beach! The location was perfect. We walked to Alys Beach twice to visit Raw and Juice, which has a cute playground for kids and serves delicious breakfast and coffee. We also strolled to Rosemary Beach, which was just a short walk away, for some shopping and to enjoy the fun activities happening at the town center. Just a quarter mile down the road from Seacrest Beach, there's a charming breakfast crepe spot and a family-friendly pizza restaurant. There's also a small town center nearby with live music in the evenings, which was a great way to wind down after a busy day. The beach is easily accessible, though you’ll need to pick up wristbands from the resort first. We tried driving some of our beach gear down one day, but they don't allow that, so it’s best not to bring too much. The shuttle service wasn’t operating regularly during the off-season, but we didn’t mind—it was just a short walk to the beach. The beach itself was amazing—so clean with soft, white sand, and the ocean was perfect for swimming, even in November. My kids had an absolute blast playing in the sand and splashing in the waves. Overall, it was such a fun, family-friendly area. We can’t wait to return! The home was beautiful and well kept. They had all the supplies you would need for cooking meals. The beds were very comfortable so was very pleased with that. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Perfect location!

Lovely house and perfect location within easy walking distance to beach and beautiful resort pool. Great house set up for multiple families with 2 master suites and guest bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Very responsive property manager.

Great house/location

This was a fantastic home for a family of 6 adults and 2 small children with an extra room to spare. If you’re looking for a beach house with a short walk to the beach, great community pool and a short distance to restaurants and shops, then this home is perfect for you. We enjoyed all of what Rosemary Beach had to offer and this home is also a short walk to Alys Beach as well. We visited the week of 4th of July and we were able to view the fireworks from our deck. The host was responsive when needed and the house was decorated well and equipped with all the kitchen necessities we needed along with a pack and play, beach chairs and pool gear. The only negative comment I have to share is that the cleaning company could be a little more thorough. We found sand under the rugs, old shorts behind the couch cushions, and dirty socks and trash under the bed. Lastly, a few items to note that needs some attention are that the 3rd floor bathroom door would squeak and drag and could be heard from the 2nd floor and also has a loose towel rack. The 2nd floor bathroom toilet would continue to run and needs checked out and the thermostat was set and would go all the way up to 78° in the middle of the day. Guests should bring extra tp, paper towels, soaps and trash bags. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely come back.

Great home in a great location!

First time renting in Seacrest. We usually rent in RM. Home is very clean and nicely decorated. Not super high end, but very nice. Kitchen well stocked. Loved having an ice maker! Nice appliances. Plenty of towels including beach towels which was so nice as most rentals don’t supply beach towels. Master and another bedroom en-suite and laundry room on first floor. Another bedroom with bath/powder on kitchen (second) level. And another king bedroom en-suite with second living area on third floor. Gave this room to our college daughter and her best friend and they had like their own apartment up there. Was perfect. The third floor deck is huge and amazing. Some ocean views overlooking 30a and lots of ocean breeze. Great place to have a dinner! Beds were comfortable, which was a big plus. Home had good window coverings for those who wanted to sleep a little extra. Three big parking spaces designated right at the first door. Bike rack two houses away. There is a tram to drop you at the beach access but we literally just walked across the street must of the time. There is a shower hose on side yard to rinse your sandy feet. We also loved having a big resort pool to go to. It was a short walk from home. It’s busy with kids during the day but if you have kids or grandkids you’ll love it! Go later before dinner if you want less kids. Wish Rosemary had a nice pool with drinks like Seacrest. We had a really great time here for two weeks. Easy access to everything! A Beautiful Retreat

This is our second time staying in this neighborhood. It is a perfect location. Our family of 5 very much enjoyed the property with very comfortable bedrooms, nicely appointed bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and an amazing top floor deck. The property manager was awesome, super friendly, and timely. I would absolutely stay here again.

Wow! What a neat property and excellent location! This was our first time to the area and the house was amazing. Perfectly located within walking distance to the beach, pool and tons of restaurants. The layout of the house was perfect for our group and the furnishings were great! We will be back!

We spent the week of Thanksgiving here. We had a wonderful time. The house is clean and well maintained. It has comfortable beds, good linens and towels, great views, great location, and plenty of room to spread out. We cooked Thanksgiving in the kitchen and had everything we needed!
