Everything was absolutely perfect. The only complaint I have is the King Bed, and it’s such a minor fix. The boards that give the support to the box spring is missing two which made the bed unbalanced and uncomfortable to sleep on. Otherwise I would give 5 stars. If this issue gets fixed it would’ve been much better.

Nice location, clean room

Overall stay here was great. We had 3 kids and two adults. Hall bunk beds were great for the kids as well as the pull out couch. I would not recommend staying here with more than two adults as it is not a huge space and with only one bathroom, it’s not ideal. The room was clean, bed linens were very thin, extra blankets were in the closet, pillows were horrible so make sure to bring your own. Convience to the beach is perfect, view from the room is beautiful. Not much noise from the pool area. You can see your neighbors from the balcony. Room was very quiet, not much noise from neighbors or the hallway although the room is right off of the elevators. Beware if you are coming with children as the pool rules are extremely strict. No floats, no throwing balls, no magnetic water balloons. Overall room was great for the price!

We were really impressed with the condo and property. Everything was kept up nicely. The staff was really friendly and helpful, the amenities were wonderful and it was close to many restaurants and attractions.

Great resort, but the condo could use updating

The resort itself was lovely- the elevators were always quick, and with a toddler that was a huge plus. The company that rents the condo seemed very hands on, and texted and emailed often throughout our stay. The condo, however, felt very worn and needs a more thorough cleaning. The biggest issues were that shower curtain had mold on it, the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain, and the couch could use a good shampoo. Overall, it was good enough for a short, last-minute stay, but I am not sure that we would book that exact unit again.

Great experience!

The condo was very clean and exactly as described. The only downfall for us was the kiddie pool was not heated and was freezing. The main pool was nice and had a shallow end that the smaller kids could play in. I would stay again!

Great trip!

Condo location was perfect!! Beach and overall property wonderful. The property company was great, as we had an early flight and they were able to help us with an early check-in. Our room was nice but a few minor things, which did not impact our vacation at all so we did not bother to call property management. A few lights were burnt out (hallway, above stove), very sandy lanai (which we swept), the refrigerator door water and ice did not work, and one kitchen cupboard is hanging on by 1 hinge. The condo had lots of extra pillows, which was great. Great view of the beach and pool! Elevators were super fast. We rarely waited. The under the boardwalk restaurant and bar was yummy! You must try the Grouper fingers.

The location was great!

Cleanliness was ok. The unit needs updating and fixing. The dehumidifier never collected a drop even though I turned it way down, and the front door was off the loose at the henge. We could have came earlier, which was good, but the door code changed early on us too. That could have been really bad! Thankfully someone was still inside to let us in.

Excellent, Safe, and Relaxing

This property is exactly as advertised and was absolutely perfect for us. No issues whatsoever with cleanliness or with the property itself. Building was kept in great shape, security was available 24 hrs. Easy access to the pool, elevators, parking, and most importantly, the beach. Great location on the strip, and quiet day and night while still close to everything. Other vacationers were respectful and not rowdy...a good crowd. Communication with owner and check in was all effortless. Would stay again without hesitation.

Good Long Weekend Getaway

Property was very clean, but needs some updating. We had issues with the toilet flushing and the tub held water while showering. Maintenance came within 2 hours after the call to fix the toilet. The rental agency didn't send us any paperwork about the rental until the check-in day and then only because I requested it. Everything else was great! We love Boardwalk at the Beach Resort.

Pretty nice.

The condo was very nice. We weren’t in a busy area, Pineapple Willeys was less than half mile away. The Hershey ice cream store was a great stop. Just a stop distance to walk. Our pool was super nice, but they were having issues with the hot tubs. They weren’t warm a couple days. It was a great beach view from the balcony. My only complaint, the deadbolt on our door was broken and wouldn’t latch. We weren’t very happy with it. The hot water only lasted for 2 10 minute showers. It’s hard when you have kids and one has to take a bath.

Listing the property to accommodate six people is erroneous because the sixth person would have to be under 100 pounds. Also there is only one bathroom which would be very difficult for six people, and the only mirror is hanging over the vanity.

Went thru a tropical depression Fred but we weathered the storm. One day of rip tides. But all in all a great trip . Great location and wonderful restaurant near by. Loved the seafood especially Dirty Dick’s crab house.

Perfect Getaway

We loved the property and the condo. Comfy beds and pillow and of course the views were great. Living room furniture could stand a cleaning but was comfy enough. My only suggestion would be to add bar height seating on the balcony for better water views

Overall we had a great stay, property could have been a little cleaner but you are at the beach. The only thing was our first night we found out our shower wouldn’t turn on we contacted maintenance which was very friendly and had it fixed by the next day. We will definitely be staying again.

Great stay

We enjoyed our stay, except a few issues that were communicated to Hannah. She was nice, helpful and willing to send someone if something needs fixing. The weather was so so, since it was during the off season. Will definitely stay at this resort again.

As advertised, exceeded expectations

Hannah and the management company were easy to work with, very responsive, and willing to go above and beyond! The property was well maintained, including pool area, restaurants onsite, and surrounding beach area. Complex personnel were abiding by health guidelines (lifeguards and security wearing masks, social distancing, limited chairs on pool deck) due to recent pandemic, but still had enough to be able to enjoy the amenities. Had enough to keep us busy, that we didn’t need to leave the property for the whole week! Watching fireworks on the beach from our balcony to celebrate the 4th was the cherry on top! Look forward to working with Hannah again to book in the future!
