Our condo was great! However the elevator was out of order our entire stay. My husband is disabled which made it difficult for him to go up & down 4 flights of stairs multiple times a day. Our activities were limited.

Annual Family Vacation

The unit was amazing! We have stayed in Seachse Condominiums before, but this is our first time in this unit. It was exceptional in all areas. The decor was perfect, the MOST comfortable beds I have ever slept in on a vacation and we especially loved the L.E.D lights in the windows. All around amazing trip! I will definitely be rebooking for next year. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Our Party of 3 loved the Condo, the ocean view from the balcony and throughout the condo, and the easy access to the uncrowded beach. And the fact that the beach chairs w/ umbrellas were awaiting us each day and we didn’t have to tote our own to/from the condo each day was perfect We will rent this condo again! Thank you!!

This condo made my stay in Fl amazing. It’s exactly like the photos but better. The decor was immaculate. I was blown away. I would definitely stay here again. The location was perfect. Very quiet but not far from everything. I would recommend this condo!

Beautiful PCB condo

The place is very well kept and updated. Kitchen was stocked with all the essential cookware. Beds are very comfortable and the view is spectacular. Having the beach loungers and umbrellas included was a deciding factor and a very nice touch. At times we felt like we had the beach to ourselves. We will stay here again!

Just like description

Place was recently updated and fit our group of 4 adults and 4 children. Awesome view on the porch. Easy, quick 5 min. walk from condo to a beach chair. Even came with a gift basket upon check-in. Property Mgr. was very quick to answer a few questions I had. Only downside was the pool was not that great. Small pool with older furniture.

Gorgeous Condo

We had a great time at Seachase. The condo is beautifully decorated and loved that we had a view of the Gulf from every room. The condo also had some beach toys for the kids which was very nice. We also took advantage of the included beach chair service. The location provided less crowds but we did have to Uber/Lyft everywhere. We did end up having to purchase additional toliet paper and a few other items as we ran out. We did have some issues with some of the light switches not working but it wasn't a deal breaker. We also had a missing remote and the management company was quick to reply and fix the issue. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to others! We had a great time.

Beautiful Room

This condo was beautifully decorated. It was fully stocked with everything we needed--I'd just recommend bringing extra toilet tissue, laundry soap, and dishwasher tabs if you're staying for a week. We never waited for an elevator, parking was a breeze, and the beach directly in front of Seachase wasn't packed at all. The pool is small, but there wasn't anyone there, so my kids basically had it all to themselves our whole trip. I will definitely try to book here again next time we go to PCB.

Even better than it looks!

Not a single complaint - nothing but praise for this beautiful, clean, fantastic condo. So nice to sleep to the sound of the surf and then walk directly from the pool area to the beach. The place looks just like the pictures which is saying something. And communications with the host were excellent. We will be going again.

Wonderful accommodations. Fabulous view!

From the moment we opened the door I knew we were going to have a great time. The accommodations were wonderful. Loved all of the upgrades.The mattresses on beds were very comfortable with high in bedding. Our son and daughter in love joined us mid week and they too were very impressed. I don’t believe we have ever stayed were every room had an ocean view and both rooms were like a master. The bunk room was a great surprise although our grandchildren didn’t make it this trip. The condo is on the quieter end of PCB and convenient to pier park and restaurants. We played a lot of cards, ate tons of seafood, enjoyed the beach walks, and beautiful sunsets. We would definitely return.

November get-away

This was *the perfect* place to go for a 9 day get away! The entire property was clean, recently updated and well equipped for our stay when we arrived. The floor plan of the unit was amazing since every area (except the bathrooms) had a view of the water and the huge sliding glass door in the living room would open wide to get access to the outdoor balcony. We will add to our recommended list for friends!

A gem

We had a fantastic experience! It has a great floot plan with gulf views from every room. The (relatively) small building resulted in a less-crowded section of beach than neighboring properties. The kitchen was well stocked and the internet service was solid. We'd consider returning to this exact unit in the future.
