We just returned from our stay at this lovely home. From arrival to departure it was wonderful. The house is extremely easy to get to from the main roads and is very close to pier park for shopping. You’re also walking distance from several beach access points. The house is as described and just as beautiful as it is in the photos. The home had everything we could have needed during our stay. You’re very close to so many fun restaurants and attractions. The hosts were extremely kind and so helpful. Highly recommend!

The house is AMAZING!!! So clean and exactly as listed. It was well stocked, beautifully decorated, and had everything our family needed for the stay! We had a wonderful stay at this beach house in Panama City Beach! The location was ideal in a quiet neighborhood, just a short walk to the beach. Communication with the host was easy and they were always quick to respond to any of our concerns or needs. The property was beautifully appointed, with everything we needed for a comfortable family getaway. It was stocked with all the things you would need for a beach day including chairs, tents, boogie boards, floats, and beach towels. All of the bathrooms had extra toiletries and plenty of towels. The full size laundry and supplies also came in handy! The kitchen had all of the necessary utensils and appliances, making it easy to prepare our meals together. The living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for family gatherings, and the pool was the perfect space for grilling and swims after a long beach day. Our family truly enjoyed the atmosphere and the thoughtful touches throughout the house. We can’t wait to come back!

Great Stay!

Great location, close to the beach. “The Sandbar” is beautifully decorated, well equipped and comfortable. The pool was the perfect size and the host had several floats for guest use. My teens also loved being able to watch shows on the outdoor TV while relaxing in the pool. I loved being able to bring our two pups with us on vacation. Korin was a great host who was very responsive and went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. We look forward to staying near again in the future!

Beautiful home with lots of amenities

It was pure vacation from the moment we stepped into the house. Very clean and beautiful. It has a lot of things that you can do right there without even leaving the house, although we did go places. We enjoyed the pool, fire pit, corn hole and more. Very close to the beach. Quiet, yet conveniently located to everything. We will definitely be back as there was so much room in the house and the host was very accommodating. If you forgot a toothbrush or razor, they had it there for you. Super impressed!

Spacious house, great pool, easy walk to beach!

Last week we were at this VRBO location and we had a wonderful time! The house is spacious, the pool is fantastic and the yard was perfect for our aging furbaby. Korin was great with communication on check in, items throughout our stay and also clear about check out procedure. I love that a few urgent items were provided in case you'd forgotten anything. Tooth brush and toothpaste were huge that first night! Also, the house had chairs that were perfect for the beach, as well as towels!!! Knowing these items were there waiting for us, made it so much easier to pack - we had more space jn our car. The main things we look for when we vacation in Florida are always the house and the proximity to the beach. Again, we were very happy with both! Thank you Korin and we'll be back! A VRBO! FYI, there IS a corn hole game in the yard!

Excellent home close to beach access

Our family had a wonderful stay in PCB. The beach house was exactly as pictured and very clean! Korin was a great hostess answering questions before and during our stay. She has tons of extras in the kitchen and bathrooms and great beach items. The home was very well laid out and spacious for our family which was 5 adults and a baby. Beach access is a short walk and less than 10 minute drive to Pier Park. The neighborhood is quiet and plenty of parking for two vehicles. And the pool and backyard area was a hit! We highly recommend this property and plan to stay again.

Our family truly enjoyed our beach stay at this beautiful ,spacious ,updated home, with lots of extras Plenty of room to move around. On the first floor very large open kitchen, dining, and living area to be together. Many areas in the back outdoors where everyone’s out together, but yet have so much space. everything in person was just as pictured on the web site Enjoyed the cabanas, which didn’t think I was even going to use them at first Plenty of grassy area if you have children The pool was very enjoyable plenty of extras for us to use in the pool and plenty for the beach if you wanted Upstairs area is equipped for an entire family. very nice size king room with a large closet across the way upstairs is a large open family area with a table high top chairs and very comfortable and very comfortabke swivel chairs with a large TV could easily stay up there and entertain Then there was the twin and, double or queen bed adjacent with the jack and Jill each one of those rooms has a door entrance to a balcony But what was the best was Korin’s s extremely prompt responses to the few request or information we needed to pass on to her. And additionally, the manner in which she communicates is very easy and friendly. The response to address the things that needed to be was likely better than any place we’ve been before The neighborhood is varied. We did not have any problems and it’s very quiet and peace. I would highly recommend this home and this hostess

One of our favorites!!!

We vacation every year and this has been, by far one of our favorite places to stay. All necessary amenities are included, the home is beautifully staged and stocked, and the private pool is a must with young children. Nestled in a peaceful, quiet neighborhood within walking distance to the beach, but we did decide to rent a golf cart for the week for convenience. Will definitely look for this property again for future family trips. The owner was very responsive to messages and accessing the home was very easy.

What a great find!!!

Oh my gosh! Love this house and the location is near everything. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home which we found spot-less as well as well stocked! All The bathrooms included disposable razors, toothbrushes, black wash rags, make up remover pads, soap, hand lotion, shampoo and conditioner. Plus the usual white wash rags, bath towels and bath towel rugs. Kitchen had everything you needed and so very comfortable! House was simply beautiful, decorated in the best of decor. (What an awesome job!) and the pool was a plus! Easy and convenient! Easy access to all the wonderful eateries! We had a wonderful stay and loved every minute of it! We definitely plan to return next year! Thank you again Korin for all your texts and help. You helped make our check in smooth as silk! Simply can’t say enough good things about our visit!!
