The home was beautiful and the location was ideal. My only suggestion for improvement would be a cleaning service or one better than the one currently used. Stairwell lights did not work which could be a safety hazard for 3 flights. Couches need cleaning or replacing. Look like someone is currently sleeping on them with sand all over them. Extra sheets were just balled up and thrown in a closet. Available towels in the bathrooms looked dirtyâŠeither need bleach or replaced. The kitchen is the perfect size but needs upgrading desperately. The cabinets creek and smell of mildew and mold. We just didnât use anything in the kitchen for that reason. The pool deck hasnât been cleaned since the last visitor. Cushions were thrown about and sand all over couches. The laundry room smelled of mildew from a dirty mop that is stored in the laundry room. Again with the proper cleaning this house is worth every penny and second spent. The bathrooms were all of good size and operation with the exception of the shower in the master bathroom on first floor. It was filthy and the shower head needs cleaning or replacing.
