Sandy Souls Cottage is a beautiful 3 bedroom, 3 bath home. A brief two block stroll down the boardwalk to the sparkling waters of the Gulf of Mexico and one block from restaurants and boutiques in the town square, Sandy Souls Cottage is ideally situated for you to enjoy all the charms of Rosemary Beach.

The first floor offers a master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, guest bedroom, children's bunk room with double built in bunk beds and a trundle and guest bathroom.

The second floor living room is a light, airy space with soaring 20' ceilings and lined by French doors which lead out to the decks and outdoor dining cabana. The roomy open floor plan is perfect for large family gatherings. It offers a spacious, comfortable living area and dining room, kitchen with additional island seating and a guest bathroom and laundry.

The third floor balcony with serene Gulf views is the perfect place to enjoy a morning cup of coffee or glass of wine while admiring the stunning sunsets. The third floor loft also has a sleeping area.

Sandy Souls also features a beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath carriage house. This welcoming detached carriage house is perfect for a small family and offers a king bed, bathroom with shower, living / dining area with queen sleeper sofa and fully equipped kitchen and private deck and laundry.
