Pet Friendly Rule Specifics

We welcome well-trained non-shedding dogs to stay in this home. A non-refundable pet fee of $350.00 will be collected after your reservation is made, should you decide to bring a furry friend. We require that your dog be completely potty trained and prefer dogs older than 2 years old. Crate-trained pups are preferred to deter mischievous behavior while you and your party are enjoying the beach. It is understood that while we do allow dogs with the mentioned stipulations, any damages that occur during your stay will be charged to the credit card on file with the minimum fee being $350.00. Please no cats for allergenic reasons.

Portside Resort is located on the popular west end of Panama City Beach, right across the street from the most beautiful beach! Port side offers 3 Amazing pools (one heated) hot tubs, tiki hut with great views. 3 tennis courts and shuffleboard! Portside Resort is a very family friendly resort with lots of beautiful palm trees and wonderful landscaping.

Please ensure that you purchase your parking pass and property/pool wristbands at the Portside Resort office upon arrival. A parking pass can be purchased for $20.00 and wristbands are $1.00 each. The passes are to be used on a per visit basis and may NOT be re-used by other guests. The pass is to be displayed in the windshield of your vehicle, visible and readable, whenever you are on Portside property.

Please be advised that while we do offer free Wi-Fi, technical difficulties sometimes occur. Should you require stable internet service for work or pleasure; please bring a hotspot or an ethernet cord to plug into the router. No refunds are granted for any interruption in Wi-Fi service during your stay, no exceptions.
