«Sandy Biscuits» a été conçu pour votre confort et votre détente en pensant à l'élégance de Rosemary Beach. Partout, vous trouverez de beaux sols en pierre et en bois dur, un mobilier élégant et des lits confortables. Chaque véranda est meublée pour que vous puissiez vous reposer et profiter de la brise cÎtiÚre avec juste la bonne quantité d'ombre.



Suivez la promenade pendant 7 minutes à pied jusqu'à la plage. Il y a 8 points d'accÚs privés à la plage pour les résidents et les invités de Rosemary.



Le Master dispose d'un espace de vie généreux avec un lit king size. Il comprend également un bureau pour un cadre plus silencieux pour tout travail pendant vos déplacements. La chambre principale a sa propre salle de bain privée avec double vasque, une douche spacieuse pour 2 personnes et un dressing.



La chambre n ° 2 offre un lit queen size et un grand placard et un espace tiroir. La chambre n ° 3 («la chambre avec lits superposĂ©s») comprend 2 ensembles de lits superposĂ©s de taille adulte pouvant facilement accueillir 4 personnes. Également Ă  l'Ă©tage, notre maison comprend deux lits superposĂ©s encastrĂ©s en prime situĂ©s sur le palier du 2e Ă©tage. La chambre n ° 4 est situĂ©e au rez-de-chaussĂ©e et offre un lit queen-size ainsi qu'une salle de bain complĂšte situĂ©e dans le mĂȘme couloir. En tout, vous pouvez dormir confortablement 12.



Pour le divertissement, il existe plusieurs façons de profiter de Sandy Biscuits et de Rosemary Beach. Vous et votre famille aimerez jouer au croquet ou à la pétanque sur la pelouse juste devant la porte d'entrée à l'ombre du feuillage local. Great host and house! Walking distance from everything you’d want and has all the facilities you can ask for. House was spacious, the kitchen was great to cook in, and the provided bikes and beach equipment worked great! Would definitely stay here again.

Maintenance and property manager terrible!

One-way showed up the TV didn't work at all we immediately requested assistance and they didn't provide anything. We had to take the TV off the wall and put around fire Stick in in order to be able to watch TV in the evenings. The dishwasher was broken and we complain multiple times that we needed to do dishes and they never responded or sent to anyone out. Then there was a gas leak in the house and they didn't take it seriously we had to call three times before they would send someone out and they did confirm the stove had a leak. We were never called and told we're so sorry you can't use the stove for 3 days and will credit you money for your breakfast and dinners because you're going to have to go out to eat for every meal versus eating in the home. They literally did nothing to satisfy any of the issues.

Overall Nice Enough

This was not the nicest house we have stayed at in Rosemary, but it was also less expensive than those other houses. We still had an overall wonderful trip and enjoyed our time in the home. There were a few things damaged or not working. We let them know that the top rack of the dishwasher was broken the first day, and someone supposedly came out to fix but it still didn’t work correctly. It was an inconvenience but we just decided to make do. The air conditioner went out one day and we didn’t find out until we got back from the beach after 5. We called the after hours emergency line at least 20 times over 2.5 hours with no response. It was very hot and we were starting to get nervous about going to bed. Luckily we found another contact number through Vrbo instead of 30A Vacay and she was able to help but wanted to know how I got her number since it was her personal cell. She said the after hours emergency line was accidentally turned to silent!! Last complaint was that the tvs were pretty old and fairly difficult to use. They gave us incorrect instructions multiple times which was a pain until we finally got them to come out and help figure it out. None of the tvs had apps to use streaming services. An inexpensive upgrade to the tvs would go a long way.

Wiggle Lane is Wonderful

This is a very comfortable home with a great set up. Great kitchen. Fun outdoor spaces upstairs and down. Perfect for an RB vacation. Quick walk to Barrett Square. Quiet spot that is super relaxing. Prop Mgt was responsive and helpful. All went really well.

Dirty property and poor management company. Rosemary Beach is wonderful though

The listing mentions this property is newly renovated. It is more of lipstick on a pig renovation though. There is potential in this property, but failed execution. For a "luxury property" it is far from luxurious. The entire house needs a deep clean. It was obvious that this house is not thoroughly cleaned after each guests stay, nor do they even attempt to deep clean every so often. The cabinets in the kitchen had food/drinks (I assume) stuck to them, any ledge- cabinets, windows, baseboards, etc had dust/dirt accumulated. Bathrooms, especially down stairs and off the 2nd bedroom upstairs, had grime accumulation. There was toothpaste from a previous guest stuck to the side of the sink in one bathroom and what looked like make up in another. Paint was chipping off all of the cabinets. Hand marks, smudges were all over the walls. The doorbell had exposed wiring. The swing had slats that did not stay in place so if you wanted to sit down, you would fall through. The swing cushion was absolutely disgusting and had never been maintained. It would be a health hazard honestly to sit on the cushion as it appeared to have black mold growing all over it. The couch and coffee table in the living room were dirty with stains all over them. The grill was rusted and when my husband attempted to use it, the bottom fell out. We expressed our concerns to 30A vavay. The person on staff stopped by our rental and said that she does property inspections, but "bc we are flipping 15 properties every Saturday, it's impossible to inspect every one. " "It's impossible to do a deep clean after every guest;" and "I have no control over them. " Side note: my cleaning service at my primary home cleans weekly and every 6 months does a deep clean. 2 cleaners are able to deep clean in 4-5 hours a 4200 square ft home. My home has never looked as dirty as what this house looks, which tells me the cleaning service is not even doing the bare minimum. They offered to have the cleaning service come back out as well as maintenance. We said yes to that and neither came out the entire week nor did 30avacay attempt to follow up. 30Avacay was supposed to give us an access code upon booking for beach rentals but did not due to a "glitch." Because of this, beach rentals were no longer available and it essentially affected our time there. They made no attempt to compensate or own their faults and refused to allow us to speak to a manager.

Didn't live up to expectations

No issues renting this property. I had high expectations based on the pictures. This looked like a high-end property. Unfortunately, the space was not clean and there were deficiencies in the kitchen and missing amenities. The master bath shower began backing up on the second day. I quick check of the drain revealed a mass of hair in the drain. We also noted rings in the toilets. It makes one wonder what we're laying for with the cleaning fee. In the kitchen, there were no kitchen towels and no potholders. I improvised with tongs. No pasta spoon, salt/pepper or Tupperware to store leftovers. One other missing item...blankets. The bedrooms only had thin blankets on the beds, and there were no extra blankets in any of the rooms. Also, there were no blankets downstairs in the living room. We enjoyed our stay. The property is well-kept and in a good location. However, I expected more from a property such as this. We'll stay somewhere else next year.

Newly renovated and crisp look. The balconies and courtyard were awesome and the bikes were super convenient! Only negatives was if you’re sleeping downstairs, you can hear every movement from upstairs.

Beautiful home, great location

We enjoyed our stay and would be happy to come back. The location is great... about a block and a half to the “downtown” area and a few more blocks to the beach. Both were an easy bike or walk. We used beach access D by following East Water street. The home is lovely, clean, well-decorated, and had everything we needed. My teenagers loved using the bikes to get around and we used them everyday. The only complaint I would have is that the beds were not comfortable at all. The mattresses are very firm and we woke up sore.

Spacious House

This was my family’s 3rd trip to RB. We have previously stayed in other homes that are just opposite the home. This yr we brought my mother, sister & her 2 girls along with us, making a total of 8 guests. Never did I feel like anyone was on top of one another. The sleeping accommodations were perfect to allow everyone their own privacy during our stay. I drew the conclusion that the home is in the process of an update/refurnishing due to: 1) a kitchen cabinet knob that would not screw on, 2) paint cans in the laundry room, 3) random tools/supplies being found in home, 4) drapery brackets in place on living room windows but no window coverings, 5) random spots where you can the wall has been patched throughout home, & 5) very little decor or rugs throughout the home. The updates that have been completed so far are nice. The bathrooms have large showers w/great water pressure. The kitchen has a wonderful gas stove that we used almost every day during our stay to prepare breakfast and/or dinner. With the number of guests the home will occupy, I wish there had been a more rugs & decor to help absorb the sounds of everyone. The tile/hardwood floors & high ceilings made for a louder home than I anticipated. Door mats at the front/back doors & rugs in 3 bedrooms would be a nice addition as well. We tried to dust off or rinse the sand off, but still carried some into the home, which is understandable. As a result I swept the floors/stairs almost daily, but would then have to vacuum because there was not a dust pan in the home. I had to purchase an pot holder because there was not 1 in the home & was only provided 2 dish towels. The dish towels were regularly wet due to us hand washing pots/pans/cookie sheets. When the property management states they provide you with starters of laundry & dishwasher detergent, bathroom soap, shampoo/conditioner, & paper towels/ toilet paper, they mean it. Each bathroom had hotel style soap, shampoo/conditioner & 1-2 rolls of toilet paper. There were no additional trash bags left for any trash cans throughout the house & only 2 pods of dishwasher & laundry detergent. I have never stayed in a Rosemary home that did not provide trash bags and a small travel size bag of dishwasher detergent. Additionally, I had to call & ask which days trash is picked up to set garbage cans out. In other homes there has always been a info folder providing such info. Overall nice home, but I do think it could be amazing.
