The place inside was updated and clean; the beds were very comfortable. It was perfect to walk out on the beach and see the sunset from the porch. The house would be excellent if it was away from the bar. The music and people went on from 9 PM to 4 AM one night. We didn’t get to sleep at night so we had to sleep during the day.

repeat stay!

This is a great townhouse in a great location. Its on the calmer west side but still a short car ride to most everything you want in PCB. Theres a grocery store right across the street. You can walk to Mcguires Irish pub and theres a few shops further down. Whiskeys saloon/Liquor store is directly across the street and sometimes you can hear the music but its never bothered us. The best thing is the view and being able to walk out the back door to the sand! If you ever try it you'll never stay in a high rise again.

Good location but plumbing problems

Beautiful and conveniently located property however the ceiling began leaking BADLY while we were taking showers. Property management was prompt to return my call and a maintenance man was sent. I was not physically on property with maintenance, however we were told that he ran the water for 30 min and no leaking occurred. We were encouraged to use the showers. I am concerned for future guests if this is not adequately addressed (either due to mold or unstable flooring). Additionally the mattresses on the pull out beds were atrocious. Clean, but so thin and worn that you could feel the metal frames underneath. The two beds themselves were just fine in terms of comfort. I would not recommend this stay to anyone who is intending on using the pull out bedding.

Good Beach condo

It was smaller than what I’m used to but big enough. Very clean. Beds and pillows weren’t very comfortable and there’s a bar across the street that was noisy. Great location being on the beach. Ideal for adults and not small children because of the bar noise.

Clean and right on the beach

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. A few things to note:1. There is a Kureg Coffee maker in the kitchen and NOT a coffee pot as the listed described. That was kind of a bummer for us since we were prepared to brew our own coffee. Not a huge problem. But it would have been nice to know ahed of time. The listing said that it had a coffee maker. 2. The cable TV is horrible. The signal went in and out the whole time we were there. Some channels would work one minute and not the next. 3. There were actually a good bit of beach equipment there on the back porch which was nice. I am assuming that it was all just accumulated from previous guests that left them behind. The listing did not mention it.4. The grill was really nice. Clean new gas grill and it also had a charcoal grill.5. Terrific view of the gulf from the master bedroom.6. The fan in the 2nd bedroom was not working. The kids were not happy that they did not have a fan to sleep with.7. Be prepared to hear all of the loud music coming from the bar directly across the street on Friday and Saturday. During the week it was fine. But it was super loud on Friday and Saturday. Did not quiet down until 2am.We would probably stay here again. The whole place has recently been remodeled and that was really nice.

Family Vacation

Perfect week long vacation with my family. Our new favorite place to stay. Beautiful views with a short trail to the beach from the back porch. You have your own little private beach never crowded no matter what time of day you go out. The inside was beautiful and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. Beds are super comfortable. I could go on and on how perfect and beautiful it is and can’t wait to book again.

Clean, cute, comfy condo on the beach! Upon arrival we were texted deets from the owner. Very friendly! Easy to get to from the airport. Right across from the grocery store. Cleanliness was on point! Loved the location!

Had an issue with the AC not working properly at check in. Issue was fully resolved on the 2nd day! Loved being right on the beach! Also enjoyed having extra beach chairs, toys, umbrella, etc. on the deck that we could use at the beach! Definitely would stay here again!

Awesome place to Vacay!

House is beautiful and Sonya is a great host. I’ve been visiting PCB for close to 40yrs and this is one of the best places I’ve stayed. It’s on a quiet side away from packed high rise hotels but still close enough to get to the hot spots quick. There’s a grocery store right across street for those quick needs. The views are spectacular and the house has all the things you need. I highly recommend this home and will stay here again!
