Skipped all the front desk hassle, walked straight up to my room and my parking pass and wrist bands were already there, planning, and renting made simple and easy!
Need more parking for oversized vehicles. Elevators do not accommodate building size and different times they quit working. More luggage carts for easier access.
It was nice. Ad others have said the elevators could use an update but the property is in a great location. But if you come during a busy time plan on a long wait at the elevators or use the stairs
Only complaints we had were not enough elevators and took forever to use them, we first arrived and the room was still dirty their was sand everywhere and trash on balcony, and lastly 2 of the towel holders one was missing and other keep falling off the wall maintanence man had to come fix mid stay
The condo was beautiful, I feel like the cleaning crew could have done a better job before we arrived. The need to always check cleanliness of silverware and dishware in their routine. Overall great location and great communication.
This condo could use some refreshing /updating. And some maintenance. But overall a very nice well kept property with great beach access. And a very nice COLD pool. Bring a fan or two there are no ceiling fans.
Condo was roomy and good natural light. Was missing fitted sheet for master bedroom when we arrived but they couldnât rectify until the next day. Ice maker was nonfunctional in freezer. Pool area and beach were very nice but at least one elevator was not working each day we were there, which caused long wait times. These were minor inconveniences that didnât detract from the overall experience and it was a great location.
The staff, and elevators are horrible! I have never had so much animosity from staff at a single location. The staff is very rude, donât care to help, seems as to be annoyed when needed to help with check in and such. The parking garage is not made for vehicles it seems as they want you to park motorcycles and bicycles in it. The waits at elevators take up a good three to four hours of your day. While at pool or beach the stay was great, but having to deal with the actual condo makes the stay horrible. There is no lobby to speak of, and the lobby they have no one is ever in it to help. The guard shack is what is to be considered the lobby Iâm guessing. I will never stay at this place again while visiting Panama City Beach!
Overall the room was clean and just as described.
The washing machine stunk very bad like mildew. I washed an empty load with detergent first to see if that would help. It did not, and our clothes did not smell great. The dryer would take a few cycles to dry clothes throughly also. Also, there were no extra covers anywhere for the pull out sofa. Most places have that. All that was left were sheets.
Overall the place was clean. The staff was absolutely terrible. That was the worst part of this stay. None of the staff had a friendly attitude. They were very rude and were not helpful in any way. We will not be back to this resort for this reason.
Firstly, we have stayed at Shores of Panama before. We LOVE the location and the pool. Absolutely HATE the elevators and parking garage. The elevator situation was even worse this time because of the construction, but it wonât stop me from coming back there. The condo itself was nice. My complaints about it are really just suggestions on comfort. The parking spot is on level 6 and the condo on 17⊠add that to the elevator situation and itâs beyond frustrating. We waited nearly 45 minutes trying to get in an elevator. If the condos staggered the check in and check out times it would definitely help. The mop was pretty disgusting and when we arrived the floor was gross, but nothing I cared too much about. One of the towel hangers were falling off the wall but we just avoided using it. Updating the shower heads would be amazing, and putting some sort of shelf or table beside the bed in the master would be convenient. My only true complaint is with the company renting the unit out. After booking it through VRBO, they added 1000.00 in âfees;â double charging taxes and charging a nonrefundable damage fee. They also send you a contract to sign outside of VRBO and request a copy of your ID. The contract has you sign away any rights to file for a refund or stop payment if they donât provide the service they are agreeing to. They do not offer refunds. Iâll be staying at Shores of Panama again, but I will be certain to NEVER rent a property that âBook That Condoâ is managing.
We had a really great time and the condo was super nice but we had three complaints that arenât really complaints just letting you all know.
1. When we walked barefoot in the condo the bottom of our feet/socks turned black and there was definitely sand in the floor. I understand the sand part, but the black residue on the bottom of our feet just implied to us the condo wasnât mopped before we came to visit.
2. I wanted to do my laundry before returning home so I had less to do when we were back home. I opened up the washing machine and the smell of mold (along with mold along the rim of the inside) was just so overpowering I had to shut it right away. We decided to go to Walmart and get some things to clean it with and we cleaned it not once but three times and couldnât get the smell out and also mold was in the tray where the detergent was to go. We also cleaned that too but unfortunately I was not able to use that to clean my clothes.
3. Not enough silverware.
Overall we enjoyed and would recommend anyone to stay at this condo!

The faculty was horrible, extremely rude! We had an incident our 2nd night there & called to report it & was told someone would call me back but they never did. 2 employees beat on our door at midnight, waking up everyone including my grand baby, claiming someone was screaming from our balcony & forced my husband to sign a warning. The warning wasnât even for our room, it was for the room beside us! These people RUINED OUR VACATION! Over priced to be treated horribly!
