We love that this property is very close to Pier Park and that is fairly quiet this time of year. The owner was very attentive and sent very informative messages offering local suggestions. Also, it was nice to receive the kindly worded email thanking us for our stay at the end and check out reminders. Highly recommend!

It was bad. The washer didn't work all week. The condo was dirty. The stove didn't work and the garbage disposal didn't work. The room was dirty. The elevators were a mess. We will never stay there again ever.

Everything was Awesome. Elevators was way to slow. Always at least a 15 to 20 minute or longer wait everytime. Other than that is was great. Room was very nice and clean. People were nice and the view was beautiful.

The property had dirty sandy sheets, dust was thick on furniture, dishwasher did not work and dirty dishes in it, balcony was dirty with cigarette butts. Most places leave a few cleaning amenities a extra trash bag but this didn't. I emailed the next morning and they got back next morning but i already got it cleaned. Then someone ele emailed a day before check out and asked if they could take care of it but i told them again i already took care of it. I asked for atleast my cleaning deposit because i sent them pic's but they refused. Oh and the toilet had urine on it. The view was beautiful and it was decorated cute.
