Overall, the house was wonderful. There was some maintenance issues with air conditioning that affected the temp of master bedroom but they did send maintenance out quickly to check on it. Unfortunately, there was not a resolution during our short stay but we enjoyed ourselves. Location is great if you are looking for a quiet place to stay. Access to the beach was super easy with a golf cart (not included with house but well worth money to rent for going to beach). The pool was absolutely perfect for some adults looking for a relaxing quiet get away! We would stay here again!

We had a great time at Wanna Go Back. The house was very clean and the furniture was comfortable. Much better than the condos we usually go to. We enjoyed the pool, grill and corn hole when we hung out at the house. The short walk to the beach wasn’t bad except carrying everything we needed for the kids. Our only issue is there was something wrong with the ceiling fan light in the back bedroom. I’m sure they will get that checked out, they seem very organized. We would definitely go back.

Decent place but will not be returning

The house was nice and the communications with management was great but there were a few thing that will keep us from staying here again. 1 Upon arrival on Saturday the pool was cloudy and was not able to be fixed until Monday. They did get to it as fast as they could but a nasty pool can cause infection so we didnt want to swim in it. 2 We killed about 8 bugs in the house during our stay. 3 The pool guy showed up early that morning without warning and just let himself in. 4 The AC unit can not keep up and kept throwing up a warning stating the house was warming up to fast. Even during the night it didn't cool the house good.

Wanna go back

We visit PCB almost every summer and we're already talking about booking the same property for next year. This is one of our favorite properties we've ever stayed. Being slightly further away from the crowds was nice and the house was great. Having a private pool was a huge plus and the short walk to the beach didn't take any longer than waiting for elevators and whatnot at a big resort.

Great location!!

This little house is really a perfect location for a nice beach weekend. You can walk to the beach, drive to a sunset dinner spot and comfortably sleep 8. Cons to the house are that the pool is not maintained. We specifically wanted to be able to take a dip in the evening and were not able to once get in the pool. It's really unfortunate because we specifically chose this house for location and the pool, waht a let down.

We wanna go back!

We loved this property. Very spacious, has everything you need. The pool was wonderful! The one thing about staying there that I didn't care for was the maintenance crew just comes in whenever they want to. I would prefer a heads-up. We will definitely be going back to this place next year. The best beach trip ever!

Don't think we'll be back

Finally, after a week of trying to talk with the property manager, I received a small refund. Upon check in, we noticed immediately that the pool was extremely green. The backyard had massive weed and brush overgrowth. We contacted paradise immediately. They did send someone out the next morning to work on the pool. We were told it would be 1-2 days before it would be usable. When that wasn't the case, we contacted them again. Every time they sent someone out and told us it would be another 24 hours. The pool did start to look better (less green), but was never usable for our entire stay. Each time they made note of the situation and agreed that something was wrong. They also told us that someone was supposed to be maintaining the lawncare, but that never happened. I wish I could submit the photos that I took of the pool and the area around it. I will credit them for trying to fix the pool at least. However, the reason we chose this property was because of the pool. We love to relax outdoors and enjoy a pool after a long day at the beach. We were never able to do that. I do not feel that the tiny 10% refund we were given was sufficient for the price we paid for this property. I never asked for a full refund but at least double that would have been better. I also don't appreciate that it took a week before receiving that. The maintenance staff was very kind and apologetic but phone staff tried to tell me they left a message and text me when they definitely did not.

Summer trip

We had a wonderful time again at Wanna Go Back. Love this house’s location and it’s so nice to have a pool to swim in after the beach or at night. The management group was wonderful to reply in a timely manner. Will come back again.

Definitely Wanna Go Back

Great house, just enough space for my husband and I for most of the week then adding our daughter’s family of four for one night. Beds and bedding were top notch, very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely equipped with almost everything we needed (bring all of your own spices), with a nice pantry area for food storage. The sun room was a nice space but it was hot and muggy even with the windows open. A fan out there would be a nice addition. The pool was wonderful! We spent mornings at the beach and then came home to a nicely shaded pool to relax and cool off in. Although we didn’t use much of the outdoor space other than the pool, there was great space for our grandsons to play. The property management company was very responsive to an issue we had with the pool and when the closet doors came off the tract, coming to fix both within two hours. All-in-all, this was a great week and a great rental. We will definitely make plans to come back!
