** Main Property Features **

- Bedrooms: Both bedrooms are exceptionally equipped with a King Bed and offer total climatic comfort thanks to air conditioning and heating. Security technology is guaranteed with a smart lock and a safe, while privacy and rest are prioritized with soundproof window, blackout roller, and curtain. In terms of technology, both include Wi-Fi and a 55" Smart TV. Basic amenities are also identical, including refrigerator, wardrobe, hangers, basic services, bedding, pillow, and night lamp. The only distinction is that Bedroom 1 is additionally equipped with a desk and desk chair, elements that make it more suitable for guests who need a dedicated work area.

- Full en-suite bathroom: Equipped with rain effect shower, toilet, hot water, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer, towel, mirror.

Casa Gougu is located at the beginning of Panama's Chinatown, right where the famous Salsipuedes passage begins, one of the city's most traditional open-air markets. Here you will see everything from locals selling fruits, textiles, and footwear, to colorful urban murals and everyday scenes of Panamanian life.

A neighborhood with character and life. This area is not the typical tourist postcard: it is a real place, full of movement, history, urban murals, and diversity. During the day, it is a hotbed of local energy. At night, as in any urban center, we recommend moving with caution.
