Stayed here years ago when it was newer needs a little bit of TLC in rooms some deep cleaning and cosmetic touch ups would be good . Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!!!! We had a balcony on the 10th floor and it was an amazing view! The breakfast bar in the morning was outstanding, front desk people were always very polite and helpful and being right there on the beach was the best part! I would say the only downside was I didn't realize there was a $20 per night parking fee until the day before we got there and they also put a $50 per night hold on your credit card and we weren't aware of that either until we were checking in ,so that took $300 out of our vacation money, but other than that everything was so amazing and we would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying again in the future!

From the time you walk in most front desk personnel are very professional and nice. I think whoever checked me in didn’t catch when I told her that I didn’t have a vehicle and upon checking my invoice she still charge me for the parking fee. She did have a small attitude when she was checking me in (I do believe this was due to a prior issue she had with a previous person who was having issues checking in). Other than that. I do think this was a good hotel. But for the price point I think the hotel could have done a little better.
