Just a heads up because they don't tell you this on the website, they do not allow dogs in any of the suites. I drove 6 hours only to arrive and have them say i can't have the suite i was expecting. I also was not allowed to cancel and book somewhere else that could give me what i needed. Chick at the front desk had 0 personality or empathy for a frustrated customer, just kept telling me it's not their problem since i booked through Expedia. She could use some customer service training on how to deal with frustrated customers and learn not to take it personal. She did waive my $25 pet fee, doesn't make up for my stay being ruined in a room i didn't want. I won't stay here again.

My family of eight stayed in two rooms with two queen beds, the rooms were really clean, our stay was absolutely wonderful, The front desk welcome center was first class, everyone was professional and polite, the hot tub temperature was not correct and the staff worked tirelessly. In order to have the maintenance get the temperature corrected to around 102°. The breakfast was the best free breakfast we've had at any hotel, we are only about 10 to 20 minutes from the best beaches, and we stayed on the Navy training center beaches for about 4 hours each day, and this hotel is literally right across the road from it. I highly recommend you stay there, 5 out of 5 starts . Denisha Williams and all the staff are absolutely wonderful, please see her if you have any issues.

The staff was amazing however there were a bunch of punk kids knocking on doors yelling and screaming at all hours! One tried breaking g into our room! I just wish the staff was a little more on top of it I had a 22 hour drive in the morning and got no slee

The first room had a refrigerator that leaked and got the floor wet.The staff was very helpful and move me to another room. The second room toilet over flowed. They did come and promptly cleaned it up. Staff was very helpful.
