This hotel accommodated my husband and I at the last minute. Due to the prior booking we had to relocate. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location was a bit further from Panama City then we would like. But we were grateful to find somewhere to stay due to it being a 3-day holiday. Would definitely stay there again. Everything you need is in this one location.

Everything was fantastic. From arrival to departure. All staff was attentive. I loved that they took initiative to assist me whenever I had a look of being lost … which is often … I am 70. This property is attached to a mall so for certain many guests are there on shopping junkets. Pretty high turnover I would imagine. Overall, it is operated well and has good management. Everything works, staff are friendly. No complaints.

Housekeeping did not replenish toiletries, coffee cofee cups, lotion at all. These were only replenished upon request. The television was not working. However the front desk promptly replaced it after i reported it, which was great.
