Not ideal for cleanliness

We have stayed at this hotel before, however the room on this stay was less than ideal. The bathroom was not very well cleaned, there was hair still left all in the tub/shower. The floors in the bathroom also looked unmopped. I was not impressed. The room needs fresh paint, it looks like they did touch ups but did not use even close to the same color to touch up.

The day we arrived, we checked at 5.00pm and our room wasn’t ready. And when we were settling in the room, we found a plate of food inside the microwave. We told the front desk, went to the pool and when we came back up at night the food was still there.
