"Preis/Leistung passt nicht … das Restaurant hat wenig anzubieten und das bei zu hohem Preis, besonders beim Frühstück … der wake-up Anruf um 1 Uhr nachts erfolgte nicht … der eigene Wecker war erforderlich um den AirPort pünktlich zu erreichen … in einem Hotel mit diesem Preisniveau erwarte ich Hilfe beim betreten mit Gepäck, zumindest beim öffnen der Tür im Eingangsbereich "
