The property was ok and was big enough to fit all of us. The carpet is not great but most of the place seemed clean. My biggest issue was the host was not responsive.
Very nice location. About a ten minute walk to the main entrance of Atlantis. The property was very nice. Plenty of room for my family and had everything you would need to not have to go to restaurants every night. My family enjoyed the pool when we were not at the Resort. The host was very informative and I appreciated his suggestions for activities (Sandy Toes) and other advice since this was the first time we had visited that area. The host was also very responsive to questions that arose prior to our trip and during our stay.
We stayed in the condo the week btw Christmas and New Years. The location was very convenient but access to a clean public beach was tricky. The closest beach had several people from cruise lines for the day so many vendors bothered you all day on the beach and they were sketchy. The condo was very large and clean with plenty of bathrooms for 7 people. 3 teenagers, 2 adults and 2 grandparents. Not great because we had issues getting the hot water in the kitchen to work initially, you had to jostle the handle which took us 3 out of our 5 days to figure out. The dryer was broken our entire stay and the dishwasher was broken as well and doesn't open properly. The dryer was a problem with 7 people expecting to wash clothes. The communication was decent but the problems were never resolved.
We stayed at #1 Paradise Six for 9 nights. It was very spacious for our family of 12 including 6 adults, 4 young children and 2 babies. There are 2 large bedrooms on the upper floor with large bathroom in between. The middle floor has 2 bedrooms, each with own bathroom. The main floor has half bath with kitchen, large table and room for relaxing. The carpet on the stairs and bedrooms appears new and very clean. The deck outside was shaded and great for kids to play. Grounds were well maintained. Pool was cleaned daily. Housekeeping and ground staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. Water was provided in a cooler/dispenser with refills as needed. Brian was my contact on booking and he responded quickly whenever I contacted him and made every attempt to ensure we had a comfortable stay, including leaving a lot of snacks, drinks and food to get us started. It was very appreciated. Paradise Six felt safe and was within walking distance to Atlantis and Cabbage Beach. A car is not needed there. Although a small store is close, groceries have to be purchased across the bridge. A taxi stand is a short walk away, or a walk across the bridge to SuperValue takes about 30 minutes.
I rarely write reviews but had some hesitation when I booked this place as there were no reviews available, and was worried it would not be what we hoped. We all agreed we would be happy to recommend this place to others and hope to return again.
