The villa is spacious but could use a lot of work to make it look better- for example the front door could be more presentable. It doesn’t have great curb appeal. Also, when you enter the villa it has a mild musty smell probably due to the humidity. The showers aren’t level- all of my products had to be delicately placed so they wouldn’t fall. Lastly- the amount of bugs that appeared first thing in the morning was disturbing. There was a baby roach thaton the kitchen counter the first morning there. There was also a massive roach on the wall in the bedroom w double beds. Overall- it was a nice place but has the potential to be a lot better. The communication from the hosts was spectacular. Zero complaint there.

Amazing Villa!! Clean, lots of room, comfortable beds. Short walk to the beach, about a 10 minute walk to Atlantis. Two pools and a great restaurant. Amazing views from the balcony. We can’t wait to go back! We will definitely be renting this villa again.

We asked for late checkin and out. The hosts were very understanding and easy to talk to and communicates in a timely manner. The place instantly made you feel relaxed. It’s spacious, clean and had a full kitchen for cooking when we didn’t feel like eating out. The view from the balconies was amazing. The location was great. It’s in walking distance of Atlantis (waterpark), very close to the pick up dock to Sand Dollar Beach (swimming with pigs), and the area had plenty of cabs so going to further places was a non issue. We had a great time.

If I could give this place 10 Stars, I would! 5 stars for the management, they were so great! They sent ahead a packet full of all the info about the unit and then before we traveled they sent the door codes we would need. They were very kind and let us into the place early when our flight changed to an earlier time. Nella was awesome and checked in on us to make sure all our needs were met. 5 Stars for the house. The place was absolutely beautiful and tastefully done. The view was stunning and the beach was so close. We tried lots of different beaches around the Island during our stay, and the beach right outside our unit was the best one! We couldn’t have been happier with everything about this place. It is a Gem, big time! We will definitely stay here again. We ate at Viola’s the onsite restaurant, it was so good and couldn’t beat how convenient that was. My kids went straight from the beach to the pool everyday and had the best time!

Our stay at Sunrise Beach Villas was amazing! The property is beautiful, surrounded by lush palm trees and two inviting pools. The villa (#220) itself was extremely clean, spacious, and well-maintained. We especially appreciated the provided beach chairs and umbrellas — such a thoughtful touch. The walk to the beach took less than five minutes, and the beach was absolutely stunning. We couldn’t have asked for a more relaxing and picturesque getaway.

The perfect villa

I took my kids (teens and adults) here for our family trip. We all agreed that we got so lucky with this property. From the beginning, owners were very good at communicating fast, being organized and offering assistance with transportation, ideas on where to go. The property itself is very well maintained. We had a lot of people but we never felt crowded. There is plenty to do. The beach access leads to a very peaceful and less crowded area of cabbage beach. The chairs and umbrellas provided were a huge plus as we didn’t have to rent any in the crowded areas of cabbage beach. We could go where we wanted and enjoy the peacefulness this unit provided. We ventured into Atlantis for things and observed how crowded and noisy it was full of small children and we were very happy we had not decided to stay at Atlantis. It was also nice being able to cook for some meals to keep costs down. The 3 flights of stairs were a plus for us as it gave us great views. Also it helped us burn off extra vacation calories from eating all the great food! If we come back to the Bahamas, we will stay here again. Thank you for the core memories!!

Wonderful Stay!

This is a wonderful property that exceeded our already high expectations! Property was exactly as described in listing. Located in a very quiet area on Paradise Island and only a 15 minute walk to many restaurants, the harbor and Atlantis. There is also a really good restaurant named Viola’s that is located on the property grounds. There are two nice pools available and a beautiful beach with private access. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. By far the quickest response time we have experienced when staying at a VRBO property. Highly recommend!

Wonderful Stay

We had an amazing time. The condo was clean and well stocked. The view from the deck was beautiful. The beach had soft white sand and the water is crystal clear. The pools were refreshing and enjoyable to sit around and meet new people. The restaurant on site had very good food, and drinks. The condo manager was very attentive and helped with any questions. We definitely will be back. We did not rent a car just took taxis every where.

Beautiful beach getaway

We absolutely loved our stay in the Ocean Blue Villa. Everything was top notch, from the washing machine, to the beds, to the amount of toilet paper and paper towels that were provided. We loved having the water cooler which was so convenient. It was very clean upon arrival. The pools were perfect, the close proximity to the beach was perfect. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I highly recommend!!

Great property!

Everything was perfect! Condo was exactly as the pictures showed and the hosts were very responsive. The beach chairs and umbrella, along with the ice maker and water cooler were definitely nice touches and used a lot. The property grounds were nicely maintained. We were a lil bummed that Violas was closed during our visit but that's not anything anyone could control. Would definitely stay here again!

Great location with great hosts

We had a wonderful time at Ocean Blue Villa. The hosts were very helpful, always responded quickly to requests, and provided ground transportation from the airport for a good price. Highly recommend to anyone thinking about coming to Atlantis. It’s a very short walk and the beach outside the apartment is amazing. We didn’t use the pools as it was quite cold and windy for most of our stay, the hammocks are in a nice calm spot though :) I’m sure we will be back one day.

Beautiful, quiet location

Great place to stay if you want to avoid the crowds! The villa was spacious and clean, with a well-stocked kitchen. Having a water dispenser was a great perk. Other perks were beach towels, beach chairs, and umbrellas; these were light-weight and easy to carry down to the beach. It's a third floor villa, so the stairs might be difficult for some. But the view from the balcony is worth it. There's a cart in the parking lot to transfer your groceries from the car to the villa. Communication with the host and property manager during our stay was easy and prompt. For a small fee they offer private transportation services to guests, and have recommendations for touristy activities. The gated swimming pool area was simple and quiet; easy to find a spot in the shade. The beach was spectacular! No crowds in front of the villa, white sand, and crystal clear water. Bring cash to buy from the locals on the beach (drinks, boat rides, jet skis, etc), if you're looking for activities. It's a 10-15min walk to Marina Village at Atlantis, a small shopping plaza, or to the main bridge. This is the perfect place to relax and read a book (or two or three) for a week's vacation!

Great Space for Group Trip

This condo is simply fantastic. Every bedroom has it's own luxurious bathroom! Plenty of space in each bedroom to relax, and great mattresses - sound sleeping and no jostling. The common areas are lovely and comfortable. We stayed in our first night (jet lag) and the 6 of us sat around the table with plenty of room to eat, drink, and play cards. Especially appreciated the water cooler and refilled often. As remarkable as the condo is, the host(ess) was even better. Nella was helpful, friendly, and kind. From a grocery store trip, to restaurant recommendations, to adjusting the air conditioning (so many things to remember!) she was easy to reach, easy to talk to, and happy to help. This was a great find!

Great location

We had a great time staying at this condo and would highly recommend. The location is perfect -- direct beach access. It was only a 10 mins walk to Atlantis/restaurants. The condo itself is spacious, clean, and had everything we needed. The beach chairs, towels, and boogie board were nice to have. Just note that you will need to climb 3 flights of stairs since it is on the 3rd floor. And the water pressure was very low when we stayed there but the management said they're working on it. The hosts were extremely responsive and helpful. Overall a great experience and would stay here again. It was also nice having the restaurant onsite.

The location was fantastic. Short walk to Atlantis and Ocean Club. Right on the beach. The beach area is not crowded at all. Plenty of room. The hosts were fantastic. We arranged transportation through the hosts for small fee (cheaper than a taxi).
