My stay was fine. I didn’t like the fact my room smelled like dog urine. The carpets seemed dirty in the room but, the room was spacious. I also thought having the remote covered in plastic was weird. The breakfast choices were great, every day it changed & was very good. The front desk staff were very pleasant. The location to the hotel was convenient, highway, a mall and restaurants right in the same plaza. They are building an apartment complex across the street so you hear construction early in the morning and the construction security alarms went off all throughout the night.

I travel often and only stayed at this hotel bc of the high reviews, which I will never rely on again. The lobby area was pristine and that was where the cleanliness ended. My room was disgustingly old and dirty. It smelled like cats or dogs or both and there was hair everywhere, on the old carpet in the room, in the shower stall and in the bed. I will never stay at a pet friendly hotel if I am not bringing my dogs, which I did not this time. My husband and I left the room for the day and left the bed comforter rolled up in a ball on the sofa and when we returned although the bed had been made the comforter was still on the sofa. To add insult to injury, the bathroom toilet still had tissue in it which we had left upon leaving the room that morning. So we're assuming that although towels were dropped off, our bathroom was not cleaned. I could go on about this filthy hotel but I'm done. My family nor I will ever stay here again.

This is a reasonably nice hotel and the staff were great, but the location is at the end of a badly maintained road through an abandoned mall.
