BEWARE - SHUTTLE HOURS ARE LIMITED Booked through Expedia. Chose this hotel because of airport shuttle. Only learned the shuttle does not run between 12:15pm and early evening after I booked. Hotel would not allow me to cancel my booking with a refund or provide free transportation from airport to hotel. Ended up paying for uber. Arrived at 2pm, hotel would not accommodate early check-in. Menu for lounge and dinner quite expensive and limited. Room was fine.

The room was a bit outdated. The carpet inside seemed old and didnt fit the floor properly. The bathtub had some stain that was stuck inside. The staff was fantastic, and everything else in the hotel was great. One downside is the shuttle doesnt run during the day, only mornings and nights
