Fourth floor apartment was *spectacular* in its central location, cleanliness, decor, and amenities. Steps away from Place de la Republique (and metro line) with many options for restaurants (French, pub, pizza, Five Guys. Etc) and grocery stores. The Boulanger at ground level of our building had fantastic breakfast pastries, bread and coffee (although the apartment had a fantastic automatic coffee maker and pods- all you need is to get milk). The pictures of the apartment don’t do it justice. It’s 2 full bedrooms and a 3rd room with a pullout couch that could easily be a third bedroom. In addition the main living room is bright and comfortable with a large sofa and table. 2 bathrooms (one w shower, one w tub) and very modern and clean galley kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge, induction cooktop. Upon arrival we were met to open the door and quickly give us the lay of the land of the apartment. The key came with a fob that opens the Main Street level door, and doors inside the building to get into the elevator/stairwell. Note that only one set of keys is furnished which was the only slight inconvenience as when we split up to do different activities we needed to coordinate to get into the apartment. I pile highly recommend this apartment!!
