What was good - location and size of the unit. What was bad - 1- no heat for 5 out of 7 days and the windows were very drafty making us cold. 2- water turned off without notice from 8am to 3pm one day. 3- house was extremely dirty - floors weren’t even vacuumed, furniture was extremely dirty and felt like it had bugs. We were all bitten. Mouse droppings on countertops in kitchen. Large spider webs throughout the house and large dust balls on the floors of the bedrooms. Mattress cover was stained with hair all over it. Light fixture in stairwell was caked with dust. Rats in the front patio which they came out to poison and then decaying bodies left there. 4- Only 3 very small and thin rolls of toilet paper for three people for a week. When we asked for more, they said they don’t provide extra toilet paper. 5- House was in severely deferred Maintenance condition. Broken window panes in every room. 6- property is located next to a school with screaming children from 8 AM until 6 PM all week long. No children on the weekend.7- check out instructions told us not to steal anything. We took pictures of everything in case they tried to keep our 1,000 Euro deposit.

Beautiful location, beautiful house, beautiful memories made! We have stayed many times in Paris and this trip was the best yet, the house accommodated our family perfectly. Large gathering spaces, well equipped kitchen, right next to metro, and a lovely wonderful neighborhood with easy walking and any amenity desired. Checking was a breeze, and the property manager was only a message away. Very quick response when asked any question. Washer too! Highly recommend, hands down! Oh, and the decor was artistic and so beautiful. Thank you for sharing this beautiful property. It’s a piece of heaven!

An absolutely breathtaking flat, truly unlike anywhere my guests and I stayed before. We never wanted to leave. Hosts prioritize messaging in their internal chat, so VRBO reply time is delayed, but no problem otherwise once I realized this. Amazing stay.

An apartment with personality!

We were 3 couples visiting Paris for almost a week. This apartment was perfect for us. We expected to lounge around some of the time, and the spacious living room was great for that. The place was clean, beds were comfortable. A great location near lots of restaurants and pastry shops. Grocery store next door, and metro entrance just a few steps away.
