The best time ever! We were there for my birthday at the end of March 2025 and we loved the location and the hotel decoration what the staff went above and beyond. We have a small baby (9 months old) and they very lovely with him and provided us with a crib and a present. Staff is the real jewel of the place! I felt like being at home. We will come back! Tiny rooms, no storage

Great location but standard room is really tiny with very little storage. We had just come off a cruise with same size room but storage makes all the difference. No drawers or even a full size closet in this standard 140 sf room. No storage in bathroom. I love the hotel/location/staff but need storage solutions on tiny rooms to make them livable. Also, water went under shower down and soaked bath mat every time we showered despite really trying to avoid that happening.

We’ve stayed in Paris over a half dozen times, this may be our favorite hotel. The suite was wonderful. Great king size bed, wash closet and spacious room for Paris. Hotel was clean and comfortable. Patricia was warm and helpful at the front desk. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise. We planned on eating at multiple cafes for breakfast but ate here almost daily because it was so great! We will be back.

Everything even before we arrived was so smooth! Pedro helped us arrange transportation to and from the airport - and even remembered us when we arrived that night! The entire staff was so friendly and helpful. The rooms are small, which we knew in advance. No problems here! And for the Americans reading - the A/C works great.
