Location was perfect being a couple blocks away from the Eiffel towers. Living room for hanging out and a PS5 as well, would recommend.

Etan is very pleasant. This was a last minute stay and he was not planning to rent the property I believe, so the property was not really ready. It is very spacious and in a great location. When he is more ready for renters, I’m sure it is a great property to have.

Great location, apartment not very clean, old food was left in fridge, many personal Items of owner everywhere, no curtains on windows, no table to sit at to eat, check in and check out disorganized, no light fixture in one bedroom.

Warning Do Not Book: -1000/10 absolutely horrible! The owner is a bad communicator and when we showed up he left us stranded on the street unable to check in to the vrbo or get a hold of him. Absolutely unacceptable and must be a scam being ran by him, the other reviews must be fake, needs to be banned from this website. Trying to save future travelers from the headache this caused our group. The corporate Vrbo representatives could not even get ahold of him after repeated attempts to try to let us in. This booking is very unresponsive, disrespectful, and purposefully ignored us.
