The room was as advertised, with a lovely balcony to take in the sights over the Parisian rooftops. The kinder egg sweet under one of the chairs was an unusual surprise, along with the freezing cold shower, no matter how long we ran the water for, still no hot water. So a little disappointed on the room itself but the location/distance to the Metro and Sacre Couer and it's night time vibe was second to none.

Close to Gare du Nord

A great hotel close to Gare du Nord; very handy for the Eurostar. Our room was cosy but clean and had everything we needed for the brief overnight stay. We liked the little balcony overlooking Boulevard de Magenta. It is also very handy for walking up to Montmartre where we went for dinner and to walk around the park and basilica.

The property is very comvenient if arriving by train/eurostar. It has fa taatic tranaport links but unfortunately thats where the good news ends! The area is dirty, smells of urine aLOT and a lot of homeless and intoxicated people. We stayed for 2 nights and I lost count of the amount of times i manouvered around someone who had passed out in the street or was being sick or under the influence. The hotel decided to clean whilst people were having breakfast beinjng out the hoover and nearly tripping people up which seemed bizarre behaviour. Lastly the room walls ans windows are waifer thin. You can hear everything next door and outside. We didnt have a sound night sleep once not ideal when you are out sighaeeing all day and you just want rest. No hot water in the bathroom either so cold showers, sleepless loud nights and dirty area which does not counteract the convenience of the location unfortunately.

Staff were generally excellent. Special mention of Maeva who was friendly, super helpful and very welcoming. She made a big difference to our stay. Breakfast was very good at €10 pp. location close to Gare du Nord is great coming from CDG.

We had a bad experience for hotel I had a booking room was medium size Anyway, checking they give me very Very small room There is no closet one only small Chair and the small table The room was very small and cannot move in there Bathroom was very very small Who is staying for night? We ask them to clean the room and bathroom The clean room, but they don’t change the bed cover Bathroom was stinky they don’t clean the bathroom I asked Front Desk to clean the bathroom , but no one come to the cleaning bathroom after two days they come to clean the room They did not change the cloud and Abdin the door was open. They don’t close properly after the cleaning whoever did the clean the door was unlocked. I came from the outside and then the door was open. They didn’t lock it. I already notified to the front desk !

You don't want to be outside when it gets dark. The pictures online are much better than in person. We discovered bedbugs on night one at 2am. We were placed in another room, but we had to throw away clothing to minimize that risk. The next bedroom had moldy shower. The cards access kept being deactivated at least once a day. In comparison to the pictures online, I was highly disappointed. The only positive experience was the staff. The staff was accommodating and did their best to accommodate us.

I enjoyed this property quite a lot love the little balcony was nice that it had an elevator and air-conditioning would stay here again, even though the staff could be more friendly, and the facilities did not have proper functioning vending machines several times we tried to get water from the bending machine only to find that it charged us and the staff had no way to refund our change or credit card. We did not use the restaurant so cannot comment on that. Showered in cold water until we figured out that they had to let the hot run for quite a long time before the hot came in no surprise though it is an older building and we were on the third floor. Lots to see in the area mostly quiet except for road noise, but even that didn’t bother us too badly only the occasional siren thank you for the stay hope one day to visit again.
