The apartment was very nice, clean and in a good location. However, the check in process was a nightmare. It would have been much eaiser to have a picture of how to check in, sent to us, rather than the convouluted written instuctions. We were not given the actual apartment number so we had to knock on doors to try to find out where we were staying. The weird thing is, once we got into the aprtment, they had a booklet on how to check in and how to open the front door, with pictures that were very helpful.There are no written instructions on how to operate the washer/dryer or dishwasher.The apartment might be good for a couple or small family, but I would not recommend it for 2 couples traveling together.We were given one set of towels for a week, which was totally insufficient.We were told to take out all the garbage, do the dishes and try to replace the keys in a locker that we got the code for 10 days prior to our stay,on an email the night before our departure.The showers were nice but very dangerous for anyone who has knee issues. The shower floors are very slippery.We checked out at 5:00 a.m. so trying to clean the apartment, take out all the garbage, put the dirty towles in the specified location and make sure the dishes are clean and put away was a bit much.There were limited supplies in the apartment, but the lack of extra towels, and extra blankets was really bad.I would not rent this property again.

Great location. Fun and clean apartment. Many options nearby for food and restaurants. Host was timely on communication… note they seem to be VERY strict on check in and out times. Housekeeper literally knocked on the door at 11:00 am on the minute.

Can’t beat the location

It’s a wonderful spot in the 2/3 line. Amazing stay and plenty of space for 6. One caveat was they only had a single key which was very inconvenient. They had several excuses but no real answer about how to resolve this during our stay. If you’re staying with parents, etc I’d make sure to ask this beforehand.

Outstanding!

After a long day of travel, we were thrilled to find the apartment clean and cool. Check in was quick and easy. The lift was a plus when loading luggage in/out. We arrived during a heat wave and spent long days and nights out and about the city so coming home to air conditioning was a great relief. The apartment is beautiful and well cared for. The windows blocked much of the sound from the neighborhood. The plumbing, air-conditioning and electrical seems to have been recently updated. The apartment has been nicely renovated while maintaining charm.The neighborhood is vibrant, safe and has many restaurants, cafés, bars, stores, grocery, etc. Communication with the host was excellent. Would definitely recommend. 10/10.

“LES BONS” – the GoodSuperb location with a Metro station downstairs, walking distance to the Marais, luxury shopping and to 1st/2nd ArrondissementsUpdated apartment with clean, uncluttered look, cute IKEA styling“LES MAUVAIS” – the BadVery noisy unit – you can hear the people above at 2 am walking around, and street construction below can be unbearable (sometimes occurs at night)Poorly stocked; no paper towels, no Kleenex and we had to request toilet paper Day 2 (of 6) (which was delivered, but the paper towels we requested never arrived)Broken shower in bathroom #1, only the “rainforest” showerhead worked, requested this to be fixed - never addressedAC’s hit or miss – unseasonably warm start to spring, we requested non-functional AC’s to be checked, only 1 of 4 was adjusted/fixed to cool us“LE LAID" – the UglyAWFUL communication with Host – we arrived after 12 hour flight from California, and the apartment keys were not in the lockbox as promised at 4 pm. Attempts to call Host were unreturned, she refused to answer or call back, just delayed texts. Finally, cleaners came down with keys at 4:40 with our exhausted kids sitting on floor in lobby. Not even an apology, just a “thank you for understanding”. Unacceptable.

Clean and Comfortable Unit with Convenient Location

The unit was as we expected based on the pictures. It was clean and comfortable for the four of us. It was great that it had two separate king-bed rooms, and two separate full bathrooms, each with their own shower. The living room was comfortable and suitable for our needs. The location was less than a half mile from the nearby metro and we were able to get around Paris bery easily.

We just spent 5 nights great days in Paris. Apartment was exactly as described in the listing. The unit was clean and quiet. Location is super convenient - grocery store and bakery less than 1 block away. Metro stop across the street. We had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this apartment!

Nice Apartment in Central Paris

Located right across from the subway stop and next door to Monoprix where you can purchase some staples. A/C and washer/dryer very helpful during our August trip. Host was very prompt responding to a any questions we had. Extremely comfortable set up for our family of 3 but could easily have accommodated more people.

Wonderful stay in Paris!

This is a beautiful apartment in a wonderful location in Paris. Very easy metro access (right across the street) and many beautiful sites within walking distance. We stayed here with our family, and the accommodations were perfect. Very clean and comfortable - a very nice place to unwind after a long day touring the city! Check in/out process was seamless. Perfect location in Paris

One of our guides who picked us up a Bonne Novelle said what a perfect location to see the real Paris. The streets were busy, with locals and tourists. Lovely shops and food off our doorstep and the metro, which we used daily ,was just across the street. There was an elevator and a washing machine, 2 very needed accessories 😁👍. We were an extended family of 6, great sleeping and 2 completely new bathrooms. Paris was hot and sticky, it was a comfortable and easy place to relax at the ends of busy days.
