My parents (83yo) stayed 2 nights - The description of the flat and the reality is different not positively.- Swickly which is the platform to manage the deposit (400) debited my account knowing it was clearly written on communications that deposit won't be debited.-The check in/check out is complicated knowing hou have to get the key in the basement of a supermarket in an automated locker which is quite complicated for elderly.- The bed is not done - sheets are on the bed- The floor lamp was broken when we arrived in the appartement.- Interruptors and TV weren't working which was quite complicated and deceiving for my parents.- The furnitures are old.The only good things is the fact that is well situated, with an elevator and calm otherwise I think it is a bit expensive quality speaking regarding the service and ammenities.
