False advertising on the view of the Eiffel Tower from the rooms for what we paid for rooms was criminal. The one in London was three times the view and three times satisfaction in the hotel. The beauty was a lot better. Compared to the rundown of the hotel that we’re at however, some of the staff was very kind and we got our clothes washed. But not worth its money.

The location of this property is great, but staff was rude, didn't try to help with broken air conditioning or the lack of an ironing board - finally had the night reception at least bring us a fan... we were hung up on us when trying to request assistance, reception was not friendly when we arrived, and just overall a poor experience.

I chose the hotel for the view. Ours was a significant wedding and my wife loves Paris and the Eiffel Tower. It is a great location - across the street from the subway 2 lines). Many good eating places within walking distance. About a one mile walk to the Eiffel Tower. Staff was helpful. The laundry room worked out. The front desk has to assist you with paying for the use of the washers and dryers. The “elevated” subway is easily heard when the glass doors are open. When they were closed, we had no difficulty sleeping.

I was very satisfied with the Eiffel view. I could fall asleep while looking at the Eiffel even from the bed :) It was a shame that there was no room cleaning service because it was a residence, but it was nice that I could cook simple meals. I want to visit again next time.

We had a comfortable stay. The location is great but the hotel wasn’t what we expected. The amenities were very limited and the rooms are only cleaned once a week. If you need fresh towels, toilet paper or sheets you need to go get them yourself from a designated closet area in the second floor. The property is outdated and the bathroom and showers are in need of a serious renovation. The beds are comfortable and having a kitchenette in the room was very helpful. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Perfect location! Stayed in the balcony room with Eiffel tower view. Very well located. However, they don’t change towels or bedding. If you want them changed, you need to do it yourself. Not a deal breaker though

Deceptive listing – total disappointment We booked the most expensive room because the photos showed a beautiful balcony with a great view—that was the only reason we chose this hotel. When we arrived, there was no balcony. When we asked the front desk, they told us, “Don’t look at the pictures, read the description.” Seriously? We spent hours trying to get a refund through Expedia while the hotel staff stalled, acted rude, and made zero effort to make things right. We had only booked one night, specifically for the balcony photos—but instead, we got scammed out of both our time and money. If you’re booking here based on the photos, don’t. It feels like they do this kind of thing all the time.

This property is located in a busy area and right across the street from the metro station. Sometimes we kept the windows open but when closed they did a good job of keeping the noise level very low. It is within walking distance to anything you may need from Boulangerie to a pharmacy right around the corner. We got a room with a view of the Eiffel tower and got to enjoy the light show in the evenings, also it is about a 10-15 min walk from the tower. The room was very clean and so was the lobby area. Staff was always very friendly and helpful.

I enjoyed this hotel so much that we are planning to come back and book the same hotel. Great for a family of 4. Love how it has a kitchenette (stove, dishwasher, microwave, decent size refrigerator, plates, cups, sponge, dishwasher soap), balcony such a beautiful view of the Eiffel Tower. Friendly staff and speaks English and very helpful.
