A good place to spend the night when having a layover, very clean, modern, nice lobby and bar. The room is futuristic, tiny and makes you think of a capsule hotel (the bed goes from wall to wall, you have the sink at the entrance). Mostly self-checkin. Keep in mind that CDG is mega-huge and it will take you about 25min to get to terminal 2E or 2F. Also part of the walk is not covered

The property and the room itself were extremely comfortable and perfect for an overnight in Paris at the airport. However, in the week and a half or two before my trip, ai tried to message the property at least three times through Expedia and I also called Expedia and they tried to reach out as did Marriott Bonvoy, and we could never get an answer to my question for my request to note that I would have a late arrival. Their information on Expedia says checkin is between 2 PM and midnight, though that turned out not to be true and you can check in at any hour, and I was arriving after midnight and wanted to make sure that they were aware of my arrival. I never could get a hold of someone. When I mentioned it at check-in, it must’ve drawn their attention to it because finally the next morning I got a response.

My daughter and I really enjoyed our time at CitizenM CDG. The location was ideal for those who need to be by the airport. The hotel itself is super fun and futuristic. It’s new and clean, and the kitchen/ bar are super convenient. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and helpful 24/7. They helped within the hotel, as well as helped to navigate transportation around the city.
