The windows give a real opening to the outside because it is on the 3rd floor on a courtyard. It has plenty of storage space in addition to being ultra-equipped (oven, washing machine, dishwasher, hotplates, TV...

The dining table and desk area are real plus.

All the food shops are a few minutes walk from the studio, including a very large Monoprix.

Also many typical Parisian restaurants and bars all around.



The studio is located between the 2 large squares of Dauphine and Trocadero.

A few meters from Paris Dauphine University, and numerous embassies (Nigeria, Mauritania, Bangladesh, Russia...)

Getting Around:

In the immediate vicinity of several metro lines which take you directly to the 4 corners of the Capital:

Porte Dauphine station (Line 1, 2, 9 RER A): Direct access to Les Halles, Opéra, Champs-Élysées

Many buses pass through our neighborhood, including the “PC”

This apartment is rented exclusively under a Mobility Lease (Bail mobilité). In accordance with French regulations, a valid qualifying purpose of stay (such as professional activity, studies, or training) is required to be eligible. The contract reflects the same terms and conditions as the platform through which the reservation was made. Supporting documentation is required.
