The place was clean and the staff were friendly, but it lacked the essential amenities you’d expect from any hotel—let alone a supposedly 3-star one. It felt empty and was missing many basic necessities, such as using cushions as pillows. There was no TV remote, and when I asked for one, I was given a broken replacement. The photos also looked much nicer than the hotel in reality. Toiletries didn’t exist either—only a tiny combined shampoo/shower gel was provided.

The room is nothing like the pictures they advertise, and the room we got wasent even cleaned we went to roam around the city when we came back the bed were fixed but the floor had a bunch of hairs on it, the bed had a cigarette burn on it to. Would recommend this hotel.

We are very disappointed. First, the room we picked was not the one we received. I spoke to two workers and they gave us two different reasons as to why they gave us a different room. There was also no hot water and the bathroom was extremely dirty. The room was smelling bad and the toilet had skid marks.
