Atypical, this apartment has a very spacious living room with a huge and comfortable sofa, a chaise longue, a beautiful armchair and a TV. The couch has a pullout bed and the daybed can be converted to a bed.
The large windows allow a beautiful light whatever the time of day.
The fully equipped kitchen is open to the dining area equipped with a table on which 6 people can sit.
The bedroom is upstairs. You have to take a charming spiral staircase to access it. A double bed awaits you there. A portable AC is available for your comfort.
The bathroom is very functional with its shower and sink.
The balcony is here to make the flat a perfect one :)

The 5th arrondissement of Paris is very heterogeneous: it naturally includes the Latin Quarter, and therefore houses a very large student population, but also the Pantheon and its rue Soufflot, one of the most chic and expensive in Paris, as well as vestiges Gallo-Romans who make the whole an extremely tourist sector.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 PM).
Kindly note that completing the mandatory signing of the contract before your check-in is necessary.
Renting this apartment requires a lease signature constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation.
There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee at a minimum.
