Nice hotel, very well situated, excellent customer service. But… the room is pretty small, hard to drop your luggages and the elevator is tiny too.

Was supposed to stay here for NYE. Showed up to be told they did not have a room for us. Apparently they were having issues with a pipe. What was frustrating is we were told they new about this before hand but made no attempt to contact us to let us know. They tried to offer my fiancé and I a single bed, no way we would fit. I asked to be moved to another hotel. They had nothing lined up so this was going to take time. We had to go to make a dinner reservation but they said they would call and let us know where they moved us. They never called. Front desk associate at 2am when we returned had no idea what was going on. They did get us transferred but since they didn't call and arrange beforehand this lead us to dragging our suitcases (no cabs on NYE) through the streets at 2am 20 minutes to a new hotel. Honestly they whole experience ruined out NYE.

Easy to find, lovely welcome from David on reception and all staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Beautiful clean room with L’Occataine toiletries and fresh water daily. Breakfast well worth 14E. Bed was comfortable and we felt safe throughout our stay with our lovely comfy room to come back to. Nice places to eat locally but no so much with a fussy teenager!! We managed to travel around easily on foot and by Metro and had a wonderful trip many thanks to Brittany hotel!

Fabulous hotel. Easy to get to from Gare du Nord, walking distance to everything you need. Great restaurants and cafes nearby. Staff incredibly helpful and welcoming. We stayed in a “space” room - three adults. Was roomy by European standards. Great amenities, great bathroom. Super cofmortable beds. Pull out sofa was also very comfortable. Good coffee shop on the corner - Blondie. Shame the cocktail bar attached appeared dysfunct. We did not use the breakfast facilities. Would recommend and would definitely stay again if i was lucky enough to be returning to Paris.

Network not working

I was spending over an hour trying to figoure out how the WiFi/chromecast situation worked and followed all the instructions- only to find out that the network was not working. And as my French is not the best, I had no option - so it made the entire stay quite useless for me
