The hotel is very conveniently located in a very touristy spot. The hotel and rooms are overall very clean but they use a room scent that is soooo overpowering and cloying. I’m not sure what they’re trying to mask. Also considering that there is a sign in Japanese asking customers to review the hotel is highly advise using such a strong room scent. The Japanese are even more sensitive to strong scents because they don’t use strong scents and perfume liberally as we do. Also my room was extremely small. Luckily I only needed to sleep there but if you’re thinking of spending some time in your room this is not the right place. For my purposes at the time which was to attend a concert in Olympea it was on and convenient but for coming to Paris and taking it slowly and properly sightseeing I would go somewhere else.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel, the lobby and rooms are newly renovated and everything was very clean. The staff were also very pleasant and helpful. The only complaint is that the air conditioning in the room was very weak and wasn't able to keep up, so the room was quite hot. To be fair, Paris was experiencing a heat wave when we were there so I'd still definitely recommend this hotel.

We were at this hotel for only 2 nights. It was in a great location. Staff were nice and friendly. My only complaint would be the shower/tub. The water pressure was low and the sides of the tub were too high for someone like me who has an issue with my knee so getting in and out was difficult.

The desk staff were lovely We had a great stay. Very well located for the things we wished to do. The breakfast was a little disappointing (some things like pancakes were cold and not replaced when they ran out). The hotel is also undergoing works which meant the feel was not as welcoming as it might be when complete. Overall, a nice place.

Very good location but under going renovation.

Location is great, the night staff is very good the room location was great. Construction in the reception is unsafe for fall risk floor covered with sleepey ? Plastic and bannister was taken off and wires dust paint smell. Carpet stained in the room. Cleaner responded but the the stain in the room was still there. If the construction this will be a perfect location and perfect hotel for me.

Bustling location

Lobby was under renovation with temporary front desk. Staff was very helpful. Warning - there is no parking at this location - only drop-off and it is very bustling being a block away from Les Galeries Lafayette so perfect for a shopping trip. Metro stop a block away. Room and bathroom were clean and good size - bed comfy and linen crisp. Lots of cafes and restaurants with terrasses within walking distance while crowded had available drop-in space. Morning in-hotel continental breakfast had good variety. Front desk arranged for airport taxi pick up.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The hotel was under renovation but the room was nice. We liked the balcony but the street noise could be heard from the room. We had lots of dining options and were within walking distance of all the attractions and train station.

The hotel is just a few steps from the metro station. We exited through rue La Fayette and it's just in a beautiful and clean area. Lots of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options just around the corner. The staff are incredible and the sheets were very soft. There was some construction going on in the hotel but it didn't affect our stay since it's an upgrade and we spent most of our time walking around Paris and just the night in the hotel.

This property is not 3 star hotel, the lobby is equivalent to the size of a single car parking space, the elevator is the smallest elevator I have ever been on, 3 people with luggage can fit in at best. The corridor is so narrow, less than a meter wide, only one person can walk through at a time. Although it is close to Metro and shopping mall, it is sitting on a major street, you can hear sirens, cars, motorbikes and the underground metro all the way to 11-12pm, afterwhich you can hear your neighbor till 3am through the paper thin wall, then come 6am all the noises from the streets resume. There is no way you are getting any kind of rest here. For the price we paid 300 euro per night, you are getting sth worse than Super 8. Super 8 at lease have a proper lobby and corridor. Our coffee pods was never refilled, no water in the room, did I mention the shampoo, shower gell and hand soap are all the same, literally Just sitting in different bottles with same solution. Seriously, steer clear of this motel and save yourself a vacation.

Good no-nonsense stay in a central location

The hotel was a good, basic, comfortable stay in a central location. The hotel is being renovated, so the central stairway was being worked on and unavailable during many periods during our stay. Also, one of our rooms smelled strongly of fresh paint when we arrived. However, those are temporary problems, and the condition in the hotel will probably continue to improve with the renovation. The air conditioner in both of our rooms worked very well. The bathrooms were a nice size. The breakfast is in a small room on the second floor. We did not opt to include it because it did not look impressive, and there are so many options around the hotel. The front desk staff were all extremely friendly and responsive. However unlike a larger hotel, it felt limited what services they could provide. For example, we asked about a car service to the airport, and they could only suggest a cab stand or bus service.
