The hotel staff was very helpful and friendly. They gave us a good restaurant suggestion for a meal close-by and helped with advice about the Metro. My friend and I were delayed in arriving due to plane issues and the hotel staff welcomed us with a very nice breakfast when we finally arrived. My only problem was that I had a fairly loud neighbor.

Really good 3 night stay Metro station outside the door Loads of bars and restaurants outside the door as well. 1st class location Room cleaned every day Typical Paris hotel in many ways (room small) Would 100% stay here again

Nice boutique hotel in

Nice little boutique hotel . Good location Short walk to pubic transportation. Nice view of the town and the church thought little open balcony . Alot restaurant and little shops nearby . . Eric a manager very kind and helpful . The room is spacious compared hotel in paris . Only thing is no air conditioner ( iam ok bc the fall weather was much cooler ) and a tv have no English chanel . (If you out all day maybe its ok ) . Overall this is decent nice hotel short bus drive to all atraction .

Amazing value for the view and location.

Amazing value for money. So close to the metro station and restaurants. Not far to walk to explore Monmarte. I booked a room with a view and it didn’t disappoint. The room itself could do with a little updating but there is nothing particular to complain about. The bed was very comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful.

European hotel in heart of Montmartre. Room was small but all you need and with so much to see in the area, you won't be in the room long. Floor reno being done but was fine. Have beautiful wood stairs. Will be quaint once all done. Breakfast was great with friendly service.

This is the second time we've stayed at this hotel and we have enjoyed it both times. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially Carlo. We used the massage, which is beautiful. There is a rooftop terrace with seating and in the evenings, it's a wonderful spot to just hang out and enjoy the view. They have a full breakfast bar in the morning, with hot items like eggs, hash browns, and meats. They have cold cuts, cheese and meat. Bakery items, juice, and yogurt. There's no need to go anywhere else. We also are lunch there one day and it was perfect! The women who run the restaurant are so wonderful and hospitable. We also used their car service to get from the airport. It was an extra charge, but our driver, Sebastian was so helpful and wonderful. We would stay at this hotel, again and again.

It was absolutely wonderful! A heart felt and memorable experience that I am so grateful for. The hotel entrance is unassuming yet located in exactly the right spot. Abessess station right outside, many joyful restaurants and cafes, at the base of Montmartre hill, next door to Wall of I Love You, etc. Perfection absolute! Breakfast at the hotel is a must! As suggested by out lovely host, it is warm, home prepared by a lovely gentleman, cozy, and croissants come from a small famous baking house just across the street. My heart is full, and I will return! Thank you!!!

Super cute room with a fabulous view of the Eiffel Tower! The hotel itself is not in the best condition, but the location is fabulous. For example, what appeared to be wallpaper, was actually fabric. Some of the furniture is just on the older side. We booked a room on Hotels.com which stated "free minibar" however, there was no mini bar and so we got no free items! That is more of a marketing complaint on hotels.com though. The front desk staff was helpful. It was a pleasant experience!

This hotel was a disappointment. The pictures on the website showed a charming room that was in a decent location. It also stated that it had an elevator. When we got there, what was supposed to be an elevator was the size of a small closet that could barely fit one person. The elevator stopped at a small landing and you had to lug your suitcases up a flight of steps defeating the purpose of an elevator. The stairs leading to the floors were dilapidated and dangerous to step on. An older person can easily fall. Our room was large and looked like the pictures. The bathroom had a bathtub/shower which had mold on the tiles and ceiling. In addition, the bathtub was high and was not safe to come in and out if you took a shower. If you used the shower water got all around the floor. The price paid was not worth it. Unfortunately, I did not take pictures.

It was a quintessential French, quiet charming room… clean updated bathroom with a Mary Poppins practically perfect roof top & view of Sacré-Coeur ! Always felt welcomed coming and going by the lovely staff… very safe in an upbeat neighborhood walking distance to many special landmarks!
