We were a family of four. Our room was spacious. There is a grocery store outside the doors by Starbucks and lots of interactive games for children. It was surprisingly quiet being so close to the airport. Restaurants were ok and service was friendly but very slow.
Pull out couch for kids was turned down when we arrived which was nice.

was disappointed with my stay. The hotel was not as clean as expected—common areas and the room itself could have used more attention. On top of that, the staff didn’t come across as welcoming or friendly. Definitely not the experience I was hoping for.

The hotel itself is ok, I’ve stayed here more than once. Unfortunately this time we had no cold water from the tap on the sink and the toilet water ran all night.

The room and bathroom was very small without a soft chair and only an inadequate desk. The conveninece being close to the airport is a draw for an overnight. The room is not comfortable for an extended stay. Everything else was fine.

Disappointed

Not so good. People at checkin were more interested in talking to each other than helping. People at the coffee spot were rude. Overall impression is that everyone could careless about customers.

Arrived and checked into the hotel and assigned a room…very hot and humid day arrived at room air conditioning system did not work and it was miserable. Explained to desk staff system was down in that room and they sent maintenance…maintenance arrived some time later worked on system and advised it would take time for the system to cool down the room…it did not some three hours later…advised desk staff and by that time they could do nothing.

Great location but attention to maintenance needed

Our first room we discovered after 5 hours had AC that was totally broken so reception sent a maintenance man who couldnt fix it so they moved us to another room. The room had not been cleaned properly as there was debris and candy wrappers on the floor so we were moved to a 3rd room at about 8 in the evening!

When I checked in, the staff person spoke limited English. However, I was paying in euros and would recommend that when you say the numbers in French that you also have some way for me to see the numbers. The next morning I got a different person and was able to get the receipt. Other than that,the place is great if you are flying out the next day.
