Emplacement et procĂ©dure d’arrivĂ©e parfait! TrĂšs bien placĂ© pour visiter Paris Ă  pied. Petit bĂ©mol sur la propretĂ© et l’état de l’appartement qui ne correspond en rien aux photos. The studio is well appointed and in a perfect neighborhood. Although it was in a very busy area, it was very quiet and I slept very well at night. I would rent this place again if I was to go to Paris again.

We cannot imagine a better location in Paris. We were able to walk to Notre Dame, MusĂ©e D’Orsay, Musee Carnavalet, and many other key sights. Place du Vosges very near by. Management was very helpful. Check-in was unusual (get key at a grocery store) but turned out to be quick and easy. It is a small apartment in a building we expect is hundreds of years old, and met our needs very well. We cannot say enough about its wonderful location.

Mixed bag for me:The room was as expected in terms of size, and the sheets were clean. That was good.It’s on the third floor and the building is old - didn’t mind that. The elevator is very small but again not horrible.The condition of the room was not the best with cracks in the walls, the flooring damaged, the table was damaged too. The kitchen had a cracked glass and very limited usefulness. The bathroom was adequate, but the condition of the tile/walls was flaking and crakes. The caulk that seals the tile was growing black mold behind it in the corners. The day bed was quite uncomfortable and barely passes for a light small child - definitely not good for anyone close to an adult.The check in/out is a bit weird and cumbersome, but again, not horrible - just inconvenient. The biggest concern is the communication - great until your stay ends and you want the security deposit refunded. Then it ended and I have not been able to get a reply for the past week. Several tries. I won’t be back, and don’t recommend this one sadly.

Great location! I’ve stayed in Paris before but it was quite far from the city centre. This studio is very close to many attractions, within walking distance and with easy access to public transport. We stayed on the 3rd floor and we had a lot of suitcases between the four of us. The elevator was quite small so it did take some time to get all the suitcases up and down when we arrived and when we left. When we would go out for the day, we usually just took the stairs up and down.The check-in and check-out process was fairly easy to manage. It was convenient to replace the key with the fob ahead of our check-out time as we had a tight schedule the day of our departure. The team responded quickly to my questions and concerns and were very understanding of situations that arose. Staying in this studio helped make our time in Paris as fun as it was!

This stay was a letdown. The apartment looked much better in the listing than it did in person. When we arrived, it didn’t feel clean at all. It was extremely hot inside, and while fans were provided, they were covered in thick dust—clearly not cleaned in a long time, which made using them feel pretty gross.The bathroom was in bad shape, with black specks all over and open holes in the walls. Even worse, there was a blood stain on the sheets from a previous stay, which was completely unacceptable.For the price, this place was not worth it. I would have much rather spent more to stay somewhere that was actually clean and comfortable. I wouldn’t return or recommend it.

The location of the property is wonderful and the unit itself is nice and functional. I would recommend adding an additional mirror in the unit. The only one is in the bathroom with very poor lighting. My only complaint is the check in/check out process.

After a nine hour trip to get to the apartment, we got in the front door only to be met by an iron gate that was not mentioned in any instructions. The key that we picked up at KeyCafe (which was was misadressed in the instructions) did NOT open the gate. Such a great location!

I brought my kids to Paris for the first time and we had such a happy time in this tiny apartment. The location is awesome - great restaurants, wonderful food shops, right on the edge of the Marais, really well connected to public transport and somehow really quiet too. The only downer was the occasionally intense smell of cigarette smoke in the common parts of the building but it didn’t permeate the flat which was clean and bright and comfortable. We would go back in a heart beat.

I just recently traveled to Paris as a solo traveler. It was my first time in Paris let alone Europe. I really enjoyed my stay here. Felt very safe staying here. I do think the apartment needs a little fixing up with the bathroom ceiling. And some covering up with the bathroom window. But other than that it was a cozy flat. Le Marais was so nice. Everything was walking distance around the area with cut shops and the metro. Thank you for making my stay feeling safe and cozy. :)

Great great!

The stay was an absolute delight! The white walls really brightened up the space, filling it with natural light throughout the day. An excellent location for pretty much everything you want to do in Paris with multiple Metro stations very close by. Place des Vosges just around the corner. The apartment was very clean in all areas. We slept very well with minimal noise from outside. The building was also very secure which made us feel at ease when we left to go out for the day.The host was top-notch, very accommodating, and provided super clear check-in instructions which made the entire process a breeze. The whole vibe of the place was inviting and comfortable.
