Immaculate hotel. The staff were all amazing! Always friendly coming in from a day or leaving! Room was always cleaned to perfection. I typically don’t take baths in hotels or at all but this deep tub called my name after exploring the city! Adel made my trip with One Alma unforgettable. It was a special occasion and he made every part of he trip perfect. From greeting us with champagne, to upgrading and decorating our room and just going above and beyond for anything we wanted. When we return to Paris this will definitely be the only place we stay!
