The hotel is gorgeous and convenient to the metro. We stayed for 7 days over Christmas. However, there were some unfortunate problems with our room.
First and worst, the shower only went to SCALDING hot or cold. We brought this to the attention of maintenance, but it was never fixed.
Second, the bedroom floor weren't well vacuumed. I found several clumps of hair on the ground and the hemp mat under the bed shed badly. They're difficult to clean as it is, so don't look too closely.
Third, Bibie charged us a "tourist tax" - requesting a tip after dinner.
Finally, upon reservation we had asked it was possible to push the two Twin beds we'd reserved together to make a King. Along with the appropriate topper and sheets, since we were husband and wife and no traditional king room was available. The hotel graciously agreed, but our room was not set up this way upon check-in. I asked about this at check-in and the hostess seemed confused and didn't find any mention of this request in our file.
It wasn't a huge deal, but for the premium price we paid, we were disappointed at these service flaws.
