Although there was an issue with my room, it was resolved.The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The area was easily accessible to public transportation. Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

We enjoyed a 9 night stay at this hotel. Staff was extremely helpful with any questions we had. The breakfast was outstanding. Very convenient location for metro and rail access. Our room was very comfortable with ample space, closet. It would be even better if they served food in the evening. The spa was ok, but not great.

Hotel was very average for the price. We had a room on the first floor so you could hear the street noise and towels were changed during our stay. The pool was also tiny and no towels provided so had to walk back to our room soaked. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I emailed the hotel in advance to ask if they did anything to mark the occasion and they didn’t (they sent me a menu of chargeable extras such as a bottle of alcohol added to the room, but I am pregnant so no use to us. Most decent hotels will leave a desert plate, or a card, bit disappointed they did nothing for us!). Wouldn’t recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely stay! Everyone that worked there was wonderful and attentive. Julian made us some fantastic drinks, the people at the Front Desk were warm annd friendly and our room was very comfortable. We did have one day where our room was not cleaned or resupplied with empty items such as water and tissues, but other than that, everything was amazing!

Excellent reception staff Housekeeping of a high order Spa delightful and refreshing Would certainly stay there again and would recommend to all. They need to get some Irish whiskey and Armagnac in the bar - other than that an entirely pleasant stay
