Das Studio ist ein Juwel im Loft-Stil und befindet sich an der Seine, direkt gegenüber dem Herzen von Paris, der Kathedrale Notre Dame und der Île de la Cité.
Der Blick auf die Seine, Notre Dame, die Pont-Brücke, den Parvis (Hauptplatz) von Notre Dame und die aufregende Île de la Cité wird Ihnen jedes Mal den Atem rauben, wenn Sie durch die 3 doppelt getäfelten, doppelt verglasten Reihen blicken Fenster, die von einem Ende des Studios zum anderen gehen.
Es gibt einen kleinen Park, ein Café und die berühmte Buchhandlung Shakespeare & Company, und die stets aktive Rue Lagrange mit ihren Lebensmittelläden, Bäckereien und Restaurants ist gleich um die Ecke. Die romantischen Antiquitätenbücher, Plakate, Drucke und Antiquitätenhändler an der Seine liegen direkt gegenüber.

Sie betreten die gesicherte Außentür und gehen durch eine weitere gesicherte Glastür aus dem Foyer direkt zum Aufzug, der Sie 4 Stockwerke hinauf zu Ihrem privilegierten Pariser Aussichtspunkt bringt.

Sie betreten das Studio über ein großes, separates Foyer mit Schränken auf der einen Seite und den Eingang zu Ihrem Lofty Studio auf der anderen Seite.
Es gibt eine verspiegelte Glastür zum modernen und hellen Badezimmer direkt vor Ihnen, das mit einer neuen Badewanne / Dusche, einem modernen Waschbecken, einem verspiegelten Stauraum darüber, Glasregalen auf der anderen Seite und einer modernen Toilette ausgestattet ist.
Beim Betreten des Lofty Studios werden Sie zuerst den offenen Raum (350 Quadratfuß) bemerken, dann das Licht aus den Fenstern und natürlich die Aussicht!

An der Rückwand steht ein Kingsize-Bett mit 2 Nachttischen, Nachttischlampen und einer Kommode mit Spiegel, die die gemeißelten Steine von Notre Dame aus jedem Blickwinkel reflektiert.

Das Studio ist groß genug für einen Sitzbereich mit 2 Sesseln und einem Beistelltisch und einem großen Esstisch für 4 Personen, der auch als Schreibtisch genutzt werden kann. Es gibt auch einen weiteren Einbauschrank im Hauptraum - viel Platz für all Ihre modischen Einkäufe während des Tages.

Es gibt einen großen Flachbildfernseher an der Wand, Kabelkanäle, WiFi, kostenlose internationale Telefone, alles, was Sie brauchen, um Ihre Abenteuer zu teilen, und unglaubliche Bilder, die Sie von Ihrer Unterkunft aus mit neidischen Freunden und Ihrer Familie zuhause gemacht haben.

Great Apartment in Great Neighborhood

I cannot say enough good things about this apartment in Paris. It is a lovely studio with a small, well-furnished kitchen and a bathroom with tub/shower. There is ample closet space and 3 large windows that open up to view the Seine river and Notre Dame (although the tree has grown and partially obscures some of it now.) There is a market just two doors away and a Subway sandwich shop literally next door. There are several larger markets within 5 minutes walk (Carrefour and Franprix) and the nearest metro stop is about 5 minutes walk. You will not be disappointed staying here.

Comfortable, convenient, and magical

The photos on the website were so accurate, I thought I'd had been there before. Communicating with Steve could not have been easier or more reassuring. He was invariably pleasant, professional and insightful. Instructions for self check-in were clear and detailed. Like many Paris apartments, there are three doors to navigate before reaching the elevator and Steve made sure I understood the instructions before I left home. Towels, pillows, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, tea and sugar were all generously supplied. The kitchen was more than adequate for my needs, which, besides morning coffee, included frying eggs and boiling pasta. I ended up sick in bed for six weeks and I can attest that the bed is comfortable. The chairs are perfect for reading and relaxing, and a floor lamp can be adjusted for any task. The large table served as both a desk and dining table. The apartment never felt small. The most phenomenal feature, of course, is the view out the three large, north-facing windows. Overlooking the Seine, Pont au Double, and Notre Dame on a daily basis is unforgettable and endlessly entertaining. Which brings me to the issue of noise. Other reviews have conflicting opinions. In my experience, the area is noisy with buskers on the bridge and traffic. The windows help significantly, but it wasn't like a quiet country retreat. That's the point. You are in the heart of Paris, a busy city. I couldn't have been happier with the place or interacting with Steve.

Wonderful Property

I absolutely loved this apartment--the best one I've stayed in over the years (and I've stayed in more than ten apartments during my Paris visits). Property managers Steven and Veronique were so easy to work with, responsive, and excellent hosts. They cared about my experience and always reminded me that they were there to make my visit pleasurable, which it was. (However, during my stay, I had no reason to contact them.) The apartment was well-stocked with so many things that I didn't have to run out while jet-lagged to buy coffee, sugar, other daily personal essentials until I was ready. That was a blessing! The apartment was larger than my regular studio rentals; lots of room to entertain, had I wanted; so much light (three floor-to-ceiling windows) and lots of mirrors; super-easy self-check-in (I also met Aaron, the greeter, who was helpful to me the first day with the TV, etc...I can never figure out a TV!); easy-to-use written instructions and neighborhood information; too many amenities to mention; a very big and comfortable bed; lots of storage. I loved this place so much--NOT TO MENTION THE EXTRAORDINARY VIEW of Notre-Dame--that I'm renting it again this summer (2023)! And I hope it's not my last residence in Paris--although it's very popular! I highly recommend it (plus Steven and Veronique at My France Vacation Rentals). Merci beaucoup!

Perfect Paris Flat

After 2 years of CoVid lockout, my wife and I were finally able to return to Paris and were so lucky to have found Steven's flat. We are both retired teachers and we live in San Diego, but we consider Paris our 2nd home. This apartment was perfect for our needs. We stayed a month and our stay was comfortable and incredibly well located. Steven was available to answer questions whenever we had them....and the lift ???....literally was a godsend !....and the view across the river of Notre Dame wasn't bad either. - location: Location is perfect. Except the Norte Dame, tons of travel destinations are within walking distance (<20min). There is Subway(open late night!) and one small grocery shop right downstairs and you can easily get daily necessities. Tons of restaurants within 2 blocks and everything is so accessible.

Beautiful and Spacious Studio

This was a beautiful and spacious studio apartment in the 5th arr. I stayed here for a week and would definitely return. The self check in process was very easy. The apartment was just as described. Everything one needed is supplied - well equipped kitchen, bathroom, very comfortable bed, and lovely fluffy towels. The views of the Seine and Nore Dame are remarkable. A wonderful and light-filled space. Location is perfect - walking distance to dozens of restaurants and many sights. It’s a fantastic neighborhood. I highly recommend it and look forward to staying here again.

We wanted to stay near Notre Dame. Looked forward to the bells. The fire ended all of that of course but it has had an impact on the stay. The construction work starts at 6:00 am and is noisy beyond belief. It will continue for many years. If noise is an issue then you should avoid this property.

Perfect Paris Stay

I can't imagine a more wonderful place to stay in Paris. The room is bright and spacious, and we were happy to spend hours in comfortable chairs by the open windows, watching the activities on the quai, the bateaux gliding by on the river and the beautifully lit buildings at night. There is an incredible view of the tower of Notre Dame, with its lacy stonework and gargoyles. Trees hide the fire damage and scaffolding, and the ongoing repair work is encouraging to see and not a noise issue. We walked to the Maubert area frequently to buy excellent wine, cheeses, charcuterie and a huge variety of prepared foods to bring back to the apartment, and found we wanted to have lunch or dinner there often at the best view table in town. Many good restaurants and an outstanding boulangerie are close by. We were so glad to have a week to experience Paris in such a special way.

The flat was very comfortable. However, one of the towels had blood spots on it. Also, there was only half a roll of toilet paper. We replenished. The requirement to place the trash in the cave is ill advised, given the location of the bins. Lastly, while I am a city dweller and used to city noises, the noise level on Montebello is extraordinary and you should note that in the website in some way to put patrons on reasonable notice. Our stay in the Notre Dame apartment was outstanding. It is beautiful, the location is wonderful for both neighborhood touring, shopping - food and other things - and for easy access to the RER , Metro and a cab stand. Thoughtful details, such as coffee and tea were left for us as well as detailed information that would be useful about the apartment and the neighborhood. The entire apartment was immaculate - as was the building. The building was completely secure with three levels of coded or keyed access to get to the stairs and elevator. The Olivers were in touch with us while we were there to make sure that everything was going well and offered their help with any questions or concerns. I would definately stay there again or in any apartment the Olivers offered!
