We travelled as a family of four. We knew to expect a great location, as weâve stayed in the 8th before. The location did not disappoint. Iâd also read the reviews talking about how small this apartment is, and so we were prepared for it being as small as it is. And it is small. My big issue was communication with the property management company. Before leaving for Paris, they messaged me, asking for my planned arrival so that they could meet me at the property for check-in. I didnât hear from them aftwr that regarding check-in. After arriving, I messaged them when we left the airport with a planned arrival time. I then called them to confirm their plan to meet us at the apartment and they told me that it would be self-check in. OkâŠ.but when were they planning on telling me this? And then I had to expressly request check-in details, such as how to access the lock to get into the apartmentâŠ.or even, where the apartment was located. If I hadnât asked, I wouldnât have had the details I needed. Then, the night before checking out, I received an email asking me to take a photo of placing the key back in the lockbox and to send the picture to ââ-@ââ.âââ. That was the literal email I was asked to send the picture to. Upon messaging them that I needed an actual email address to send the picture (canât send via VRBO messages), the next message I received was, âCan you clarify what you are requesting? Your check-out was 9 days ago.â Poor communication beginning to end.
