Great property near Charles De Gaulle Airport. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel was very nice inside the lobby and the rooms were spacious. There is a small town just 5 minutes away with some restaurants and a large shopping mall that is about a 20 minute walk away. It was a really nice spot to stay for our last night in Europe. Most hotel rooms in Europe are not very large so having extra space was nice. They also have an excellent breakfast buffet in the morning. Highly recommend this hotel.

Problems with plumbing in our shower

We couldn’t shower in the morning because there was a problem with the pluming, only one of us took a shower before taking our shuttle and there was water all over the room. We reported but at that point we were rushing to get out to take our flight.

Very nice hotel. Like the security using the keyroom for the elevator but needs to be explained at the desk to the new guest. Not enough towels for the number of guests in the room and needed toilet paper.

This should not carry the Marriott name.

We arrived at 10 pm and told airport shuttle is “full” and cannot use it in the morning. Manager recommended we leave 1.5 hours before flight and they could “squeeze us in” for a later time. Very inconsiderate knowing we would miss our flight. Restaurant manager refused to give us dinner because restaurant closed in 20 minutes. After making a a fuss about the real closing time of the restaurant, they let us eat - terrible terrible food. Room had broken door (wood rotting), mold all over shower, chipping paint on bathroom, torn wallpaper and hard bed. No pull out bed/couch as promised and paid for in larger room, but a small room with a cot. Dingy and hard towels. All staff was kind and all managers unapologetic

Arrived here after a long couple days at Disney. Staff were great. Restaurant was the best food we had in all of Paris. We weren’t there long, but it was certainly an above average stay. Free shuttle was great as well. Only downside was the shower- ended up spraying water everywhere turning it on.
