My apartment is spacious, bright, with a terrace on the top floor of a beautiful 1930s building overlooking Paris.
The view is exceptional.
Ideal place to telework, enjoy Paris and Versailles, receive family and chill.
Roland Garros tennis is on the other side of the bridge and this is a great and central place to enjoy JO 2024 in Paris
The train is 10 minutes from Versailles and 15 to 20 minutes from Paris. The Pont de Saint Cloud metro station is a 10-minute walk away.
The apartment was renovated in 2022.
It is very warmly decorated.
This is the only apartment on the top floor with elevator.
It has a very large double living room with an open kitchen, abedroom and a bathroom and alos a possbility for 2 to sleep in the large living room.
The balcony overlooks all of Paris in 180 degrees.

In case you would be interested, I can rent upon some conditions an extra bedroom and badroom with additionnal fees
