The staff were so kind and helpful and my room was absolutely magical! I loved the balcony and the decor in the single room. I was also surprised that my room had a view of the Arc from my balcony. Wonderful time in Paris.

After checking in we asked for extra towels and told no one gets extra towels. Also asked for one extra pillow and was told only housekeeping has them and front desk lady said I will receive it tomorrow. Next day when returning in the evening still no pillow. However the gentleman at the front deck was able to get even though housekeeping was gone. Most importantly there was black mold in our bathroom and they offered us different room.
