Excellent location :)

We had a lovely time in Paris and were grateful to be staying is such a good location! The studio was very clean, comfortable and well set up. Communication with the owner was good, and check-in went quite well once we found the door to the unit! Being on ground level made it tough to have the window wide open, so it was a bit dark, but we really weren’t in the unit much throughout the day. I would recommend this studio, for sure! Thanks for a great stay!

Fabulous neighborhood

The property was extremely clean. Cozy and cute. A few idiosyncrasies, but all workable. The neighborhood was wonderful. Non-touristy, across the street from the oldest monument in Paris, down the block from an entrance to the Jardin des Plantes. Many restaurants within the block. A small market literally steps away. Near Sorbonne. A pleasure to stay there.

Great place - amazing location

The apartment is very well situated, close to restaurants, bakery, markets and metro. The check in process was very simple and the owner gave great indications. She was quick to reply to our inquiry and was available to fix a small problem. We were happily surprised with the size of the place, in regards to Paris standards. I highly recommend this listing!

Latin Quarter Flat

The flat was very clean. The owner was available anytime we needed help. Very cooperative. It was close to Notre Dame, good cafes, and museums. I would stay again.

First floor studio in very good location near park, restaurants, shopping, and 2 metro lines. The space itself was absent of natural light, and the building abides by energy conservation rules (great in theory) including keeping heat low, using only one electric appliance/heating at a time etc. shower was very small but water was plenty hot. Minimal kitchen and bathroom supplies.
